1. Build a Lovely Facebook Community

Facebook is another media venue in many ways. Our information is linked with search engines, "likes", "shares" and "comments" then compiled and sold to manufacturers, businesses and producers to solicit and target us consumers.

Facebook is also a place where we perpetuate and reciprocate those very ads with "likes", "comments" and "shares". This behavior bleeds into our social life and we live out media propaganda learned through Facebook and other media sources. This mindset has created divide, distrust, dislike and disharmony. People are beyond bullied, groups of people are denounced and torn apart, hurt and hate is spread, as well as love and acceptance and caring.

We are looking for petitioners to pledge to be a better Facebook Community Steward, to denounce what is wrong and hurtful, to stop the ongoing targeting and cyber bullying simply to fit into a mold cut out for you, by "them", a "them" with only "their" best interest at heart...We pledge to "share" and create positive messages, statuses, replies, posts, pics and the like...We pledge to continue to "report" immoral, unethical, hateful and hurtful behavior online and on "pages"...We pledge to reply outspoken, standing against hate and with love, taking action against any and every post and page creating divide and separation, to unite us as people rather than divide us as groups...:-)

2. Chloe's Law - Official Petition- Anti-bullying Petition to Australian Senate

To the Honourable President and members of the Senate in Parliament assembled:

The petition of the undersigned shows:

that the recent bullying-related death of 15 year-old Chloe Ferguson has led to a public outpouring of grief and concern, with many others coming forward to speak out about the devastating effects of bullying, including cyberbullying, in their own lives and the lives of their children and grandchildren.

Over 271 000 people have joined an online community calling for stricter anti-bullying laws and enforcement of those laws as part of a determined approach to addressing the ongoing problem of bullying. In addition to the signatures on the petition presented here, more than another 29 000 people have also signed non-conforming petitions, calling for review of Australia’s anti-bullying laws (over 19 5000 on GoPetition: Chloe’s Law – Bullying a crime punishable by law and over 9 500 on change.org: Australian Government: Introduce anti-bullying laws in Australia).

There is clearly strong community support for law reform in relation to bullying in general, and cyberbullying in particular.

The call from the community for action on this issue is supported by the research findings of Dr Colette Langos of the School of Law, University of South Australia, whose doctoral thesis considers the merits and constraints of enacting a specific criminal cyberbullying offence (Colette Langos, ‘Cyberbullying, associated harm and the criminal law’ (PhD Thesis, University of South Australia, 2013). Dr Langos has drafted model cyberbullying legislation which aims to criminalize only the most serious manifestations (forms) of cyberbullying, thereby minimizing over-criminalization, and we commend her work to the members of the Senate and any committees or inquiries that may result from this petition.

The signatories to this petition believe that Sections 15 and 17 of Division 474 of the Schedule of the Criminal Code Act 1995 (Cth) provide critical tools for the regulation of cyberbullying, capturing some behaviour that may not be adequately captured by state laws. Since s 474.17 of the Schedule of the Criminal Code Act 1995 (Cth) requires the perpetrator to be aware that there was a substantial risk the conduct would be considered menacing, harassing or offensive and that the perpetrator is unjustified in taking that risk, we believe there is educative, normative and legal value in the incorporation of a legal definition of cyberbullying into Division 474.

4. Supply our schools with Don't Bully(R) Products and Posters

Don't Bully(R) have been involved in the community since 2011 and within such time of just over one year, it has become more and more obvious with continued feedback from the community, that parents, teachers and children want to see this Don't Bully Message within their schools.

The Don't Bully Message must be active, displayed and worn to ensure all possible measures are taken ensure that others Don't Bully others.

Don't Bully(R) originated from one family who was tired of seeing everyone talk about this message but no one was doing anything about it. So they did and now it needs to be out their for everyone to see.

5. HELP SUPPORT JUSTIN BECK - DON'T LET THE BULLIES WIN

Please help support my son for standing up for an innocent girl who couldn't do it herself. He's facing being expelled from school for beating up the bully of a special needs child.

I have a statement from the girl where she admits that Cody George has sexually harassed her, pulled her hair, waits outside her classrooms for her and has tried forcing her into the girls restroom several times, intentions are unknown.

A preliminary hearing was held and the assistant principal at Brookwood High School said no action will be taken against this bully. He is walking the halls laughing, b/c once again, he has gotten away with his actions. Please help stand up and speak out!

6. Support NDP MP Dany Morin's Anti-Bullying motion, M-385 in Parliament

In light of the bullying epidemic in this country and on behalf of Amanda Todd, Jenna Bowers, Mitchell Wilson, Jamie Hubley and Marjorie Raymond who saw no other way to end the pain and suffering they had endured at the hands of bullies except to take their own lives and for those who are being tormented daily, something has to be done to end this national crisis before we lose more of our children.

7. Stand Up For Fraser Sutherland Against School Bullying

After being bullied for years, Fraser Sutherland's oppressor has been allowed to return to St. Brother Andre Catholic High School, Markham, Ontario, Canada. The oppressor was expelled for only six months due to charges of assault.

The school board states that this bully has been reformed, and rehabilitated. The school and the school board have explicitly told the Sutherland's if they don't like the decision they can leave and go to another school. After paramount media coverage, the decision has not been overturned.

The oppressor's family, nor the oppressor himself have never contacted the victim or his family to reconcile their differences. The Sutherland family believe the decision is unfair and they have physical proof of online bullying again by this bully and his accomplices on the "Stand up for Fraser Sutherland" Facebook group. The board is aware of all these points of interest yet will not overturn their decision.
Fraser Sutherland's safety, and well-being is in peril due to the boards decision.

8. Say "NO" to Bill 13

WE ASK MPPS TO VOTE NO TO BILL 13 BECAUSE:

1. Bullying is addressed only on a selective basis:

- Bill 13 privileges one group of students (LGBT) above others.

- An anti-bullying bill should treat all students equally.

- Bill 13 does not give enough local control to school boards over bullying policies.

- Bullying will be best solved by mediation between the bully and the victims, with their families, at the school level.
___________

2. Mandates sexual curriculum beginning in Kindergarten:

- It mandates a radical equity curriculum beginning in Kindergarten, in order to create more social approval for LGBT sexual activity. This curriculum will be in conflict with the values of various faith families

- People of faith do not receive any protections in this bill for their freedom to speak traditional views on sexual morality.
___________

3. Imposes provincial Code of Ethics on religious organizations, independent schools and churches

- religious organizations, schools and churches renting public school property, will have to yield their doctrine to a yet-to-be-defined provincial code of conduct This would be a direct violation of the right to religious expression granted under the federal Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

___________

THEREFORE: We ask the government to retract or amend Bill 13 to focus only on anti-bullying and not social engineering.

9. Support Ontario Bill 13 - Anti-bullying in Schools

Ontario - Bill 13, Accepting Schools Act, 2012 is before the Ontario Legislature. In short the bill amendments to the 'Education Act' are to:

- Provide a clear definition of bullying of "the behaviour is intended by the pupil to cause, or the pupil ought to know that the behaviour would be likely to cause, harm, fear or distress to another individual, including psychological harm or harm to the individual’s reputation, "

- Bullying behaviour includes the use of any physical, verbal, electronic, written or other means.

- Require boards to develop and implement an equity and inclusive education policy

- Promote a positive school climate that is inclusive and accepting of all pupils, including pupils of any race, ancestry, place of origin, colour, ethnic origin, citizenship, creed, sex, sexual orientation, age, marital status, family status or disability;

- Promote the prevention of bullying

- The third Sunday in November in each year is proclaimed as Bullying Awareness and Prevention Week.

Note: All facts can be validated here: http://ontla.on.ca/web/bills/bills_detail.do?locale=en&Intranet=&BillID=2549

10. Vote "No" to Bill 13

WE ASK MPPS TO VOTE NO TO BILL 13 BECAUSE:

- Bill 13 privileges one group of students (LGBT) over others.

- An anti-bullying bill should treat all students equally.

- We do not believe that equity education should be part of an anti-bullying bill.

- We don't believe equity education has been proven to affect bullying rates.

- We don't support gay-straight alliances (GSAs) in Catholic schools. The imposition of GSAs on Catholic schools IS bullying

- Bill 13 does not give enough local control to school boards over bullying policies.

- It is unnecessary. Bullying problems will be best solved by mediation between the bully and the the victims, with their families, at the school level. We don't need a new law for that.

BILL 13 IS FLAWED BECAUSE:

It privileges one special interest group, LGBT students, above others.

It mandates a radical equity curriculum that a majority of parents do not support in order to create more social approval for LGBT sexual activity. No evidence has been produced that this type of education has any effect on bullying rates.

People of faith do not receive any protections in this bill for their freedom to speak traditional views on sexual morality.

It forces Catholic schools to accept gay-straight alliances that the Catholic bishops have said are inappropriate for Catholic schools.

For all these reasons, the proposed law opens up the provincial government to years of costly lawsuits that will be PAID OUT OF THE TAXPAYERS' POCKET.

An anti-bullying bill should allow schools more freedom to tailor bullying policies to the concerns of the local community, as Bill 14 does.

A successful bullying policy will focus on mediation between the bully and the bullied, along with their families, at the school level.

THEREFORE: We ask the government to retract or amend Bill 13 to focus only on anti-bullying and not social engineering.

11. Support Anti Bullying Laws for The United States

Thousands of people have been bullied or are being bullied in our country. Some of them consider a deadly choice to finish their situation because they are afraid to tell someone or if they tell someone their is the possibility that some people see it as normal.

Those people see it as normal because they also have been bullied in the past but did not make the choice that people today are making; so lets make a law that will prevent all consequences of bullying and stop bullying.

The law will abolish bullying in The United States, teach the effects of bullying, and make The United States a place where people have the opportunity to be themselves without fear of what people think of them or what would they do to them.

12. End the Hate! Stop the Bullying Worldwide!

Bullying. The term has been synonymous with school children and teens. This is not always so.

What happens when bullies graduate? They sometimes become even bigger social deviants. (spouse abusers, thieves, corrupted leaders, etc, etc...) That's not to say that all bullies become a problem for society.

Ever since the beginning, there has been depression, hatred, anger, sadness, illness, racism, personality disorders, poverty, and even death attributed to bullying. This is unacceptable! Bullying trends on the human rights of nearly every demographic on Earth.

13. Support Anti Bullying Education in Schools

I'm starting a petition for anti bullying education to be part of the UK curriculum. It should not necessarily be solely aimed at the act of bullying but should also include general care and consideration of fellow pupils.

All laws and regulations regarding anti-bullying for schools to do on the Department of Education website are optional. With growing numbers in teen suicides each year this is appalling. According to the Tellus 4 survey carried out by the Department in 2009/10, the number of children there are currently in UK schools that could be the subject of bullying is 28.8 per cent

All teaching staff should be thoroughly trained in how to handle bullying in a positive way, again this training is currently optional in all UK schools.

14. Oklahoma's Anti-Bullying & Anti-Viloence Hotline for Schools Petition

I am trying to get a bill submitted to the Oklahoma Legislation to assist kids in trouble. The legislation would require the state or a state organization or a non-profit origination to set up a hotline for children in the state of Oklahoma to call if the are being bullied or even if they are involved in any other kind of teen related violence, for example if your being abused by a boyfriend/girlfriend. And then every school would have to post the state's school violence hotline so that students would have quick access to services.

I am following in the foot steps of Gov. Paterson of New York State. Who I believe had a great idea for trying to help keep our children safe. "Students have a right to an education, and in order for them to get the education they are entitled to, they need to be able to go to school without fear of being bullied and harassed by other students"-Donna Lieberman, executive director of NY Civil Liberties Union.

Gov. Paterson's was just anti-bullying but, I believe we need to include dating violence.

I believe Oklahoma has a responsibility to provide the highest level of protection and care to our children also and this legislation would help do just that.

So, I hope that each and everyone out there will please take a moment to sign our petition. This is just one small step on a much larger issue but, hopefully it is a step in the right direction.

If anyone has any suggestions I am always open to outside opinions and all the help I can get is greatly appreciate.

This is for Ty Field-Smalley and his family. I hope that we all can come together and help make a difference.

Thanks everyone for your support. Now, it's in God's hands & he has a special Angel helping him with this one!!
