1. Help Illegalize Backyard Breeding

There are so many dogs and cats already unwanted roaming the streets. Rescue groups & SPCA's are overflowing with unwanted animals, with most of them tragically being euthanized.

Backyard breeders not only add to the problem, these poor animals have a very unfortunate start in life, often living in filthy cages/enclosures, with very little or no shelter, never having the privilege of their paws touching grass and not receiving proper vet care.

These animals are not able to lay in the sunshine, to exercise, to play, nor receive sufficient positive human contact, which helps a puppy become well-adjusted.

They breed purely for profit.

The animals that are used for breeding live a life of TORTURE and MISERY and are made to have litter after litter. Once a breeder is done with an animal (because it can no longer breed puppies) they abandon or kill it.

Uncontrolled breeding and overpopulation again inevitably leads to the euthanasia of unwanted animals.

2. Stop heartless animal neglect SA

There are laws against animal abuse in SA but nobody cares to inforce it, and our animals suffers terible neglect! People can keep animals in the most horrific surcumstances and let them have babies to make money from but do not feed them! These poor females has to look for food scraps in rubbish heaps and they have no shelters against cold and heat, they are also not given water and they are often chained without shelter, water or food. They are never taken to the vet because our country leaders made fun of the fact that animals are taken to be looked at by a vet. Female dogs are often raped and left in agony! The dogs and cats are covered with ticks and flees and sometimes they as a result of mange, dont have hair on their bodies! We need to show this to the government to and insist that the laws that are there are inforced and where needed new once should be brought in. Our SPCA's and animal shelters mostly closed down due to a lack of funds or in some cases because of a misuse of funds

3. Cancel 7 Days to Die Update

My friend is anticipating the 7 days update. I am afraid that they will not take care of their pets when the update releases. The pets will probably die. So please sign this petition if your don't want animals to die and go to hell.

4. One Too Many

As an organisation that continues to fight against the gross violation of human rights and violence perpetrated towards women and girls, and together with organisations nationally, we are deeply concerned with these countrywide increase in incidents of violence against women and the girl child. As an organisation we believe that we cannot sit back whilst our young women are abducted, raped and murdered at pandemic rates. As we are grateful for the use of social media to showcase these incidents we still fear the number of vulnerable women and children in our communities who have no means of communicating to the outside world the very real danger that they face on everyday basis, this includes people living in the urban and rural setting, where the threat of death lingers over them constantly.

With the recent outbreak of cases of rape, murder and burning of girls, young women and women particularly in our society, were the life of a black woman and/or a girl child is not valued, Ilitha Labantu is leading a national campaign aimed at raising awareness about the gruesome killings of women and children in our communities that have paralysed the entire country. The country had previously faced incidents of murder, femicide and rape (including child rape) in the past years, however since January 2017 we have been overwhelmed by the increasing numbers of young women and girls that have been abducted, disappeared, raped, and murdered in horrific and dubious ways

"Nothing is an offence which does not amount to the infliction of... grievous hurt upon a person and which is done (d) by a husband for the purpose of correcting his wife."
-Section 55 (1) (d) of the Penal Code Act, Nigeria

At minimum, every fourth woman in Nigeria has experienced domestic violence.

Nigeria’s Penal Code allows this violence to be legal.

In Nigeria, domestic violence statistics are buried under layers of other data. Attempts to create and enforce laws to assist women suffering from domestic violence tend to be pushed away until they fade into the background. Rapes, acid attacks and fatal wife beatings still do not seem to be enough for people to recognize abuse and suppression of women and take action.

In a country where domestic violence towards women is still legal, full gender equality is a myth. Not only is physical violence socially acceptable towards women, but sexual, emotional and mental abuse are considered acceptable to ‘discipline’ a woman. Common forms of violence are rape, acid attacks, wife beating, and corporal punishment. When a woman is treated without respect like this, she begins to truly believe that she deserves to be treated like she is worthless.

We need to take action immediately to stop this abuse from being legally committed. In fact, this law is a violation of Nigeria’s own constitution. It is essential that we stand up to change these cruel views and actions towards women. By making domestic violence illegal, many citizens will realize how wrong domestic violence actually is. Women will be able to receive help and keep themselves safe from abusive spouses. Lives will be positively impacted, even saved. Help women stand up for themselves, and help stop domestic violence in Nigeria.

*Additionally, we found that these abusive problems were blamed on the country’s religion (ex. “Muslim-majority countries”, “Sikh population”, etc.) while in truth, religion is no excuse for these crimes and most of these religions are known for being very peaceful. The criminals are hiding behind their religion in a way, and religion is no excuse for beating your spouse.

At Mary's Manager, we offer assistance to women who are suffering or have suffered intimate partner abuse. All of our applicants are also mothers. Kenyan law holds that custody of children of tender years ought to be granted to their biological mothers except where dis-entitling factors exist. Abused mothers stay in abusive relationships because of fear of what could happen should they leave. Their greatest fear is being separated from their children. Most abused mothers have no confidence at all in our judicial system which is notorious for laxity and corruption. Many therefore stay 'for the sake of the children'. Members of the Kenyan public must therefore arise and make known the plight of our abused mothers whose lives are being destroyed right before our eyes and whose children will most likely grow up to become abusers or to themselves suffer abuse. If you have an experience of abuse or you know someone who has, we urge you to support this worthy cause by signing this petition.

7. نعم لقانون عقوبات فلسطيني رادع

الغاء وتجميد العمل بالمادة #99 من قانون العقوبات رقم (16 (لسنة 1960 في قضايا قتل النساء

Stop violence and injustice against Palestinian women.

8. Stop Child abuse before children are born

We need to have legislation to protect children being born to unfit families.

Parents need to go through a physical, psychological and financial assessment before being allowed to have children. This will dramatically reduce children being harmed in the wrong hands.

Children are our tomorrow!

So stop people having kids for welfare benefits to support their drug addiction and stop unfit parents abusing children.

9. Community against a new casino on Meath Street

This is a petition to fight against the new Casino that they want to build in the Dublin 8 area on Meath St.

We already have a small casino and three bookies and we feel that it would be a bad idea for the young people in this area to have this Casino.

We need more support around sports/music/drama and other activities for our young people to do.

So we are asking people to fight against this and sign this petition and stop this Casino from being built.

Thank you.

10. Reform Animal Cruelty laws in Tennessee

In the United States, the law for animal cruelty is a misdemeanor with felony provisions. Most people of America don't know this or they do but don't really care.

Animal cruelty is the number one sign to future rapist and serial killers, This is something most of us believe to be a myth, but it isn't. Animal cruelty has effects on the animal themselves.

People tend not to realize that animals are mammals, or a species of some sort, and have feelings and get hurt just as easily as us.

I want to change the minds of people to believe hurting an animal for your own pleasure isn't humane, and why not start a petition?

11. Stop Donkey abuse in Pakistan!

Stop people burdening donkeys with loads of stuff which they can't handle and tolerate.

Stop using donkeys as a weight lifting trolley or cart. We're in a modern age now.

We have better options for transporting of goods.

12. Press charges against adults who helped cover up child abuse

This petition is to get the law changed so that mothers and other family members can be prosecuted for doing nothing to help children that were being abused.

The law that was passed in 2012 doesn't include the people who it happened to in the past... no one realises how many mothers have stood by their paedophile partners even though the men have been prosecuted and found guilty... these women should pay the price too.

We need the Irish government to change this law.

13. Tell Bulgaria: Stop Abusing People Who Care For Animals

In Bulgaria one can get away with almost anything, even murder. There is one thing, though, one can never get away with - showing compassion and kindness towards animals.

After the scandalous institutional harassment and persecution of d-r Litov in 2013 and the illegal trespassing on his property by a lynch mob, which resulted in a brutal attack and beating of the crippled dog Borko, rescued by the doctor, it is his mother now - Maria Litova, a 78 years old, disabled pensioner, who is about to pay the price for being a responsible human being. Litova was harassed and threatened by municipal authorities on numerous occasions for feeding, nursing and rescuing stray cats and dogs, even questioned by the police, regarding her "activities". When it didn't work, the Bulgarian government cooked up a ridiculous charge against her, only to make an innocent and helpless old lady an example of how caring is wrong!

At the end of 2014 Litova was served with a municipal order, signed by the mayor of Plovdiv - Ralio Ralev, accusing her of "altering the structure???!!! of her home without a building permit". Litova lives in a small, one bedroom flat and her only "crime" is securing the balcony with a safety wire net, to protect her four cats from falling. According to the applicable national laws /Territorial Management Code/, minor upgrades, which do not change the overall construction of the building, do not require any permission whatsoever.

It is evidently clear that securing a balcony with a wire net is no different than putting up a mosquito net or a sunshade, especially if there are no concrete or masonry repairs, wall tear-offs or heavy drilling. Despite the absurdity of the charge and all the evidence of her innocence, despite the fact that there is no such legal precedent in Bulgaria, Litova was taken to court and wrongly convicted by unscrupulous Judge. Not only does she stand to loose her pension, in order to pay the attorney and court fees, but she may soon face a raid of her property by government officials and police, who will forcefully remove the safety net, exposing her pets to imminent danger.

We can not let this happen. Every single time a rogue government official or a Judge abuse their power, we must all raise our voices. It is the only way to protect both citizens and their animal companions. Things won't change in this godforsaken country, unless the outcry is international and sustained.

14. Abolish the cruel practices of factory farming in New Zealand

• 90 million chickens are killed annually for their meat.

• Up to 40,000 chickens are confined together inside large windowless sheds at a stocking density of 19 birds per square metre.

• Nearly 3.5 million chickens die annually from of health problems before six weeks of age.

• 38 per cent of New Zealand’s chickens experience difficulties walking.

• broiler chickens are reared to their slaughter weight of around 1.8 to 3 kg within just 6 weeks of being hatched (chickens are normally fully grown by 5-6 months). By selective breeding, the length of time broiler chicks take to grow to 2 kg has been halved in the last 30 years.

• Over the last 20 years, annual chicken consumption has increased from 14kg (1986) to an average 35kg of chicken meat per person per year.

• Sows confined in sow stalls cannot perform most of their natural behaviour, as is required under the Animal Welfare Act 1999. They cannot walk or turn around, and can only lie down or stand up.

• Sow stalls have been banned in the United Kingdom and Sweden and are being phased out in Finland, Switzerland, the Netherlands and Denmark.

• The government acknowledged in 2005 that sow stalls did not meet the obligations of the Animal Welfare Act 1999, but despite this they did not ban their use.

• Approximately 45 per cent of the sows farmed in New Zealand (about 21,000 animals) are confined to sow stalls the same size as those seen on the Sunday programme. Alternatively, to sow stalls only 60 cm wide and 2 meters long.

• Scientific evidence shows that pigs kept in intensive farms suffer from psychological distress, frustration, lung and heart disease, leg problems and lameness, and display stereotypic behaviour such as bar biting.

• In 2007 there were about 370,000 pigs kept on New Zealand farms, including nearly 47,000 breeding sows.

• A battery hen lives for about 18 months. The natural life span of a hen is typically five to seven years, but some can live as long as 15 years.

• In New Zealand there are 3.2 million egg-laying chickens. About 83 percent of these are in cages. The rest are kept in indoor barns or on free range farms.

• A battery hen lays nearly 300 eggs per year, while its wild ancestor would lay only 12-20.

• A battery cage is too small for a hen to carry out basic behaviour, such as stretch her wings and preen. For this a hen needs about three times the 550 square centimetres
typically provided for her in a battery cage.

• Battery hens may suffer from brittle and broken bones, foot deformities, feather loss and injuries due to pecking from cage mates.

• Male chicks are not required by the egg industry. About 3 million one-day-old male chicks are killed each year by gassing or masceration.

factory farming affects the health of the live stock as well as the health of the humans consuming the products. low level dosing of livestock and poultry with antibiotics used in human medicines has contributed to the spreading of multi-drug resistant infections in humans.

factory farming is unsustainable with overcrowded farms over whelming local ecosystems, leading to depletion of natural resources . the need to grow large amounts of high energy feed leads to increasing deforestation and soil erosion; and the pollution of water, soil and air and agrochemicals and manure waste is already a huge concern.

Animal waste also effects our environment as 1 individual cow produces 15 times the amount of waste of a human. although all farmed animals produce waste, factory farms are overcrowded and this problem is multiplied leading to major environmental concerns. farmers often use large ponds/lagoons to hold live stock waste however these can over flow into water ways. the residue of pesticides also cause health and environmental problems as it seeps into water ways.

15. Free Akbar Amini, Iranian Prisoner of Conscience, Iranian Hero

Early in the morning on February 14, 2011, the day of mass pro-democracy protests in Iran, a man climbed atop a crane in Tehran, wearing a green head band, holding a long piece of green cloth and picture of himself. He was arrested and taken to prison. That man is Akbar Amini, who in late 2013 began serving a five-year prison sentence. w

Following is an excerpt of an article on Kaleme by one of Amini’s cell mates telling the story of the man who climbed atop a crane in protest, even after having been arrested and tortured post-election in summer of 2009.

Akbar Amini’s cell mate says Akbar is known as the “Crane” among other prisoners. Even the prison football and volleyball teams that Akbar plays on is called “Crane”.

Akbar Amini, like many other Iranians, went out on the street after the rigged presidential election in June of 2009 to ask “Where Is My Vote”.

Amini says, on June 22, 2009, a young man contacted him at his store, with the pretence of buying number of computers for a government entity. The young man came to the store, talked for a few minutes about buying computers and than left to bring coworkers to buy the computers. Minutes later, the young man came back accompanied by 8 armed men. They arrested Akbar Amini, confiscated his personal computer and took him to Evin 209 (Intelligence section) and put him in solitary confinement cell 102.

Three days later they started interrogating Amini. He was beaten during the interrogations. After 45 days in solitary confinement he was transferred along with 190 other post-election detainees to ward 7 in Evin.

Early on, after their transfer to ward 7, an interrogator named Haydarifar would select a number of detainees for practice sessions for show trials that were going to be held in a few days. They were told what they had to say during the trial.

The trial practice sessions were arranged just like a real trial. During the practice sessions, there were interrogators, prosecutors and a judge in attendance. Even Judge Mortazavi (then Tehran Prosecutor) came in and checked on the practice sessions few times.

Among the detainees there were a few that were transferred in from Kahrizak. Their stories about Kahrizak were horrifying, accounts of rapes by batons, beatings with cable and lashings.

On August 12, 2009 a number of members of Parliament came to ward 7 for inspection. Alaedin Broujerdi from the National Security Commission along with Omidvar Rezaei, Ghodratollah Alikhani and Zohre Elahiyan asked the detainees questions about their condition in prison. They had a crew with them video taping the session.

The MP’s were told of long interrogation sessions, hanging prisoners from their feet for long periods of time, hanging prisoners from their feet half naked at times, throwing prisoners in water tanks and beating prisoners with shock batons which is very painful.

The MP’s got very upset at what they heard, some even cried. They promised the detainees their release and asked them to go to the Parliament after their release so they can help them. Akbar Amini along with many of the 190 detainees were released that very same day.

After release, Akbar and others went to the Parliament but the MP’s refused to see them, they were even confronted by the guards there. They left messages for MP’s Omidvar, Rezaei and Alikhani but received no response from them.

Akbar Amini was upset, felt insulted and thought to himself he will come up with a plan that would make the world listen.

He was inspired by the self emulation of the Tunisian man, thought about doing the same, then decided that would not grab as much attention in Iran considering the situation and limitations placed on the media.

He came up with the idea of climbing a crane. February 14 protest was an ideal day for him to do that.

For many, February 14, 2010 was a resurgence day for the Green Movement. There are many of our youth, women and men that feel their voice is not reaching anyone. They love their country, they are some of the same ones that fought for 8 years against Iraq and now feel they deserve a better life, they are not “Saboteurs”.

Akbar emphasizes on the word “Saboteurs” used by government to describe the protesters and says “The government must listen to us”.

Before the February 14 protest, Akbar made his plans for climbing a crane and picked a location most visible to carry out his plan.

On February 14, he filled a backpack filled with few cans of tuna fish, water, bread and warm clothes. He planned to stay up there for few days.

Early on the morning of February 14, Akbar went to the location he had picked. He took with him his backpack, a large picture of himself, a picture of his 10 year old son, a large flag with a big question mark inscribed in the middle, a 2 meter long green cloth and a green head band.

He was afraid, he was trembling and had second thoughts. He thought he may fall down to his death and did not want the media calling his death a suicide.

He climbed up the crane; it was 6 in the morning and not much traffic yet. The first person that noticed him up there was a traffic policeman. It was 7:20 when a fire truck with sirens on arrived. People were gathering at the bottom of the crane. People were taking pictures of him, cars were honking horns, people were whistling and waving at him.

At that time Akbar Amini had no idea he had become top news on news sites.

Mondays are visitation days for ward 350. That Monday, February 14, the hot news inside ward 350 was this man who had climbed a crane.

Akbar says he knew the news of him on top a crane had spread by the number of people and police that were down there.

The roof of the building closest to the crane was filled with police, guards and Plainclothes. Number of them were video taping the events.

The Plainclothes were threatening they would kill him, some were encouraging him to jump and the police were asking him to climb down.

A police Commander named Mostafanejad asked Akbar to climb down and promised he would listen to his complaints. Akbar said “where were you when they were torturing me?”.

Akbar says he could see police and people clashing on the streets, he could clearly hear chants of “No dictator either with motorcycles or camels” (referring to the then Egypt events).

It was 9 AM and he saw his mother down there crying. A policeman threatened to shoot him down. Akbar immediately tied himself to the crane with a rope he had with him. He thought if they shot him he wanted to dangle from the crane and not fall down.

Eventually police were able to arrest him by reaching up there with a hydraulic crane, and pulled Akbar down. He was being pulled and pushed, kicked and bloodied.

They pulled him to the adjacent roof top, just about every policeman there kicked him and threw insults at him. They took him to an apartment in the same building. On the way they continued kicking and hitting him.

They asked the owner of the apartment to leave and, right then and there, they started interrogating him. Akbar was bloodied, his clothes were torn. They told him to prepare himself for a TV interview. They were trying to broadcast the interview on TV before the planned mass protest in the afternoon.

That same Commander Mostafanejad told Akbar that he has to talk about having been hired by the Sedition Movement, that he has received money to do this. He also told Akbar he has to name a certain foreign country that has paid him money to do this. In his instructions he emphasized numerous times for Akbar to mention having been paid by the U.S. and Israel.

They threatened him with execution if he does not confess to receiving instructions from Monafeghin (MEK/MKO).

During the on camera interview, Akbar did not follow their instructions. He only repeated what he was protesting and said he just wanted others to hear his voice. They transferred him to security police where he was beaten again.

By than many had heard Akbar’s voice. At night time the national news program covered his crane climbing event but said he had mental problems.

That afternoon thousands of people came out to the streets. The Green Movement once again showed it’s power.

Many of the youth that were arrested that day, are in Evin ward 350 and say that Akbar climbing up the crane with a Green cloth was inspiration for them to go out and join the protest that afternoon.

Akbar Amini has been transferred to ward 350 after being in solitary confinement in ward 209 for more than 100 days.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Akbar Amini who was arrested on June 7, 2013, was transferred to ward 350 after being in solitary confinement in ward 209 for more than 100 days.

In February, 2014 the authorities of ward 350 of Evin Prison prevented Akbar Amini from being transferred to a hospital outside of prison.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Akbar Amini, the political prisoner of ward 350, was supposed to be sent to the hospital for his jaw and dental problems on Wednesday February 26, however the authorities did not permit him.

An informed source said to HRANA’s reporter: “Momeni, the vice executive of prison, has prevented him from being transferred, because of recent tension inside the ward 350.”

Then came the notorious day, April 17, 2014. when a large group of security officials, including some in plain clothes and wearing masks, assaulted prisoners over a period of several hours after entering Section 350 early on the morning of 17 April. As a result of the assaults, many prisoners sustained injuries, such as fractures, cuts and bruises, some of which were still visible when their relatives gained access to them days later. Those carrying out the assaults included Ministry of Intelligence officials and members of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) who, between them, control some sections of Evin Prison.

Akbar's father told Kaleme, a Persian-language news website, that he found his son wearing a cervical collar and with a cut on his head that had not been stitched. Akbar Amini reportedly told his family that he had received a blow to his head and neck and had lost hearing in his right ear.

16. Shut Down Puppy Mills in North America

Our society has an epidemic of pet overpopulation. Every Humane Society, Animal Control Pound, shelter and rescue group is overflowing with thousands of puppies, dogs, kittens and cats available for adoption, and it costs cities and townships millions of dollars to run these organizations.

Puppy mills keep driving pet overpopulation. Puppy mills are factory-like breeding operations where dogs suffer most of their lives, if not their entire lives, in stacked, overcrowded cages, being bred over and over. They receive little to no exercise and socialization and minimal veterinary care. When these breeding dogs are no longer "useful" they are auctioned off, dumped at shelters or destroyed.

Puppy mills are not only mass breeding sick puppies, they are inhumane, failing to meet even the most basic care standards. Coccidia, Girardia and Parvo are rampant in puppy mills because of the cramped, unhealthy, unsanitary conditions.
The madness and heartbreaking misery that these animals are living in needs to end.

We need new laws in order to end the inhumane treatment of puppies and dogs in commercial breeding facilities that exploit both the dogs and consumers in pursuit of profit. We must stop placing profit over the well-being of the dogs in these horrific facilities.

Laws that shut down puppy mills will ensure that people get their puppies, kittens, dogs, cats and rabbits from breeders, animal shelters, humane societies and non-profit rescue groups.

Please sign this petition to put an end to puppy mill cruelty.

17. Make BC Electricity an Essential Service

18. Violence against women will not be entertained and sugarcoated

A show about zombies. Walking Dead the tv show cast asked' Did we go to far? " Her death will motivate her husband"

A breech is solved by movement, rubbing the belly or sticking your hand in. This fictions show about zombies did not need to use this medical mythic disaster as a plot device, since they could write anything. The female character obviously used as a second class citizen. A non medical person used a samurai to cut her abdomen open with a sword to get the baby. They covered it with music ass he bleed to death. Then said " She did not make it she passed away. ' many commented on line " thank goodness" it is self evident that show gave permision for some one to be glad a woman died needlessly and for shock value.

An impossible lie, since the baby is alive only due to connection to mom, and the untrained hand would have cut the fetus as well. The mother is the best character to keep alive since the milk is free. This show propagates the lie of death in childbirth is honorable. no it is a lie, created only today by poor health conditions and neglect.

Millions of women die due to infections caused by hospital c sections, and the baby dies. Women are afraid of birth. This show fuel unnatural myths, bigotry against women as disposable and too inferior, as well exploits and adds to real life trouble.

A person already said " thank goodness " to this scene. it is part of a feedback loop to the prejudice that never questions these unnatural scenarios. Real life people say he same thing, like when a woman kidnapped and keyed a lady open to steal the baby. or when a 13 year old died in hospital, they changed the subject.

It propagates the sexism that the male character is more important to a story or life than his wife or female character. Actress out of a job.

They thin need a live hour to praise themselves about the shooting. Twice the air time of other dramas. This is obnoxious, and keeps us from watching other shows including news.

19. Facebook, start censoring disturbing posts

Facebook, please start censoring sensitive post: posts containing graphic photos, videos and details about child abuse and animal cruelty. The photo or video should be blurred out and posters required to note in the tag line that the post contains material that will be disturbing to most viewers. Give us a CHOICE to read/see these posts or scroll by them.

These graphic posts have a profound effect on people. These posts are distressing to so many, causing anxiety and triggering other unhealthy emotions thus affect our daily lives.

20. Support South Carolina Domestic Violence Victims

For years South Carolina has "claimed" to have one of the toughest domestic violence programs in the United States. I personally left there because of not being able to recieve the basics of protection that they claim to provide, they never took pictures (which I was later told they were supposed to) they completely botched my case and showed up three hours later after being called three times after my ex husband beat me and my teenage daughter.

Even the domestic violence advocate that was assigned to my case said I should have sued them. Now my daughter is facing the same problem, in the same county, and being treated the same way. South Carolina has one of the highest domestic violence death rates in the United states even though they claim to be the toughest.

Please for the sake of our children and daughters and other family members consider signing this so that we may try to enact legislation and change, before another life is lost and those who are suffering will know that they are entitled to be protected to the services that our law enforcement claim they are providing.

Let's give hope and a chance at life back to those who need it the most.

21. Justice for Daviere Bryant

Daviere Bryant was found on the back porch of his mother's home (Dalishia Salter) by his father (David Bryant Jr.) on September 13, 2014 at approximately 1:00 A.M. after receiving texts messages from the mother claiming she had beat him and he had knots on his head and was bleeding, she continue to say she put him out on the back porch near the trash. When the father arrived he found his child visibly bruised and swollen in his eyes, nose, and face.

The father did decide to video tape as he approached the porch just in case the mother's claim where in fact true. You can hear the mother in the video once confronted by the father say "I don't care I told you to come get him and I don't care I'll kill him". The video has gone viral and this mother has been charge with "endangering the welfare of a child", "assault", as well as many others. Doctor's did find signs of what they believe is prior abuse as well.

This mother's family is now seeking temporary custody of this child, Dalishia Salter has another child who is 4 years old that was already in foster care at the time of this incident. None of her family has stepped up to help her first child. No one fought for temporary custody of her other child. But now they want to pick and choose which child they want? Daviere was allegedly already beaten by his mother once and we can not trust her family to keep Dalishia safely away from this child now.

Text message as well as child's injuries:

22. Quebec Should Unconditionally Enforce Animal Cruelty Laws. No Plea Bargaining.

The World Animal League Defense League in their 2014 Report Rank Laws cite that “Quebec Remains Best Province to be an Animal Abuser”.

The Human Society International Canada also indicates that Quebec is Canada’s puppy mill capital.

The Montreal SPCA reports for the year 2013, of 2,846 animal inspection, only 195 animals were seized. Is this data skewed and includes large scale seizers?

Anthony Abbondanza of the The Chronicle, a Montreal suburban newspaper, wrote on a September 02nd 2014 article entitled “West Island: animal heaven or abuser haven?”.In the article he stated ”in the West Island, and more specifically Dorval, DDO, Kirkland, and Ile Bizard-Ste. Genevieve where legislation exists, fines to animal abusers do not exceed $300

Currently there are three cases in Montreal where a family of three person have been charged with 38 counts each under the Criminal Code of Canada Sections 445.1.1A  and 446.1.B2. The defendants are: Margarita Golsaya Case #113113914 - Sergei Vorobiev Case #113113906 and Alexander Vorobiev Case #113113898.

The prosecutor of this case is Mr. Gerard Lague and since he is the custodian and the people’s representative of the law, I am requesting that there should be no plea bargaining in this case. I am also requesting that the prosecutor, reminds the court of Section 447 where the judge has the authority of order prohibition  and or restitution. The defendants should be life-timed banned from not having dogs, not  to be around dogs, no participation in the showing of dogs, no involvement in dog breeding activities, not to be engaged in any club activities that relates to dogs, and immediate families should not be involved in owing any dogs. The maximum sentences of fines and jail time should be applicable and such that the court may find.

These persons were charged since lSeptember 2013 has been delayed over and over and its time that the case should be heard.

It is time that animal abusers know that if they continue to break the law, the crime will be punished to the full extent of the law.

23. Review UK Justice after Man cuts off his puppy's ear after fight with girlfriend

Shamrez Ali Wasim, 27, used a knife or scissors to attack the three-week-old Staffordshire bull-terrier cross in Newsome. The animal was left “screaming” in agony as its right ear hung by a thread.

24. Remove "boil dangerous dogs now" page from Facebook

Despite several reports and complaints, Facebook refuse to remove pages "boil dangerous dogs now" and its duplicate page "boil dangerous dogs now V2".

The page contains sickening images of animal cruelty.

25. Child abuser Eunice Spry release - Location ban

'Britain’s most sadistic mother' will be let out of jail next month (July) – and will be re-homed just miles from the adopted children, (Victoria, Christopher and Alloma) she brutally tortured for nearly 20 years.

Eunice Spry, now 70, was originally jailed for 14 years in 2007 (lowered to 12 years on appeal) after she was convicted of 26 charges of disgusting child abuse against her two foster children and an adopted daughter.

Here are just some of the acts of depravity - Full information on the case including interviews with the victims can be found on this link:

During her reign of terror, Spry forced the children to drink bleach and urine, eat their own vomit, eat rat excrement, stand naked and cold for hours on end and even sandpapered the skin from the face and hands of one terrified child.

Brave Victoria was once tied up naked and left blindfolded – surviving on crusts and water – for THREE months.

Spry would regularly beat the children on the soles of the feet with a “variety of sticks”. The children would be “punched kicked and strangled”, and if they cried the sticks would be forced down their throats.

Christopher once had his hand held down on a hot electric hob until it was left looking like a “gooey mess”

Spry confined one girl to a wheelchair for three years after a car crash in a cynical bid to maximise compensation for the accident.

Spry even handed one child over to a sex predator, who she allowed to be sexually abused.

Unrepentant Spry has shown no remorse for her crimes and refuses to admit she carried out the heinous acts.

Spry is thought to have paid released prisoners to track down addresses on the outside – and while the three siblings are no longer scared of their evil ‘mother’, they fear she will track them down.

Victoria will be interviewed on TV on Monday by Holly and Phillip from THIS MORNING.

Please remember to sign this petition. We need to support the survivors of this abuse in their final quest for justice and allow them to live a life free from fear or harm.

26. Lights Camera Haze!

Hazing, commonly seen in Greek Life, is a serious issue that is often misrepresented in movies as a comedic scene.

When movies do include hazing, the audience is not warned that there is hazing, yet they would be warned if there was violence, harsh language, nudity, sex, etc. Hazing is just as serious and important to include.

As there is no warning, viewers can misinterpret that information and become convinced that hazing is not a grave matter.

By signing this petition, you can contribute to the possible reformation of the film rating system by the MPAA, so that hazing will finally be recognized as a humorless, grim matter and will be considered in this tone when movies are being rated.

27. End workplace bullying

Workplace bullying is dangerous, more needs to be done to prevent it.

The psychological effects of workplace bullying can be devastating.

Are there certain disciplines in employment contracts that constitute bullying? If so, what are the offending disciplines and why or why not should companies implement new anti-bullying policies?

28. Stop instituionalised stigma towards abuse

The issue of domestic abuse and the subsequent forced removal of children from the victim is reinforcing the abuse. Institutions that exist to help the victims such as the Social Services, Police and Judicial System are failing victims because of the sigma attached to being a victim of abuse.

The most common complaint from victims is one of feeling punished for being a victim rather than feeling empowered. The amount of hoops a victim has to jump thru in order to get her children back whilst her every move is scrutinised by social workers who have not received adequate training o recognise the dynamics of abuse is shocking.

No other institution could operate a viable service like this so hen why is the Social services being allowed to continue to abuse and misuse its powers and continue to remove children from mothers when their focus should be directed towards helping the mothers and children break that cycle.

29. Stop the Canadian Seal Slaughter

It all started in the 1800s. Seals migrated from Greenland to the coast of Newfoundland to breed, only to find greedy hunters with deadly clubs. They clubbed the thousands of seals to death every year.

The most terrible thing is, they still do it now, even though most countries have stopped importing seal fur. The way of death for these lovely animals is terrible and cruel. It must stop.

30. Raise the maximum sentence of Animal Cruelty to 5 years in prison

Currently the maximum sentence for animal cruelty ps 1 year on Prison. Recently on the media we are seeing more cases of extreme animal abuse and the offenders are only getting away with community service etc.

This is appalling that our justice system is allowing for animal abuses to get away with such atrocities and the only way to deter others from doing the same is to raise the maximum sentence so the offenders receive the punishment deserved.
