We the residents of 300 W. Bonita(Payson Trailer Ranch) request the eviction of tenants occuping space#4. They have disrupted our sleep with their drunk and disordely conduct and foul profane and abusive language. The police have been called to this space on numerious occacions. They have taken the tenants of #4 to jail but release them the next day so they may continue their disruptive and un-acceptable behavior as soon as they return to the property.
This has been an ongoing problem for months.
We the paying tenants feel it is the landlord's responsibility to put an end to this either by evicting or forbiding these people to inhabit these premises. We pay our rent every month we have a right to peace and quiet. We ask that the manager, owner take whatever legal recourse needed to resolve this problem in a timely fashion.
