Good Samaritan, Dmitri Nikulin was helping the demolished community in Cebu, the Philippines from 2016.
Took sponsorship of 5 families, helping 12 kids to get an education and change lives.
Dmitri even started Charity Group (831Angels Org, FB/IG 831Angels), to help poor children get an education and make a difference, fight poverty and hunger.
In 2018 he was detained on a verbal false accusation statement from one of the sponsored mothers after she failed to explore from him 1 Mil Peso.
Due to the clogged legal system in the Philippines, broken process, Dmitri still detained and in process of hearings already for 2 years, with no end in sight. He has many medical conditions, from gallbladder Pullip and kidney stones to liver cyst and cataract eye infection.
We plea for the release of Dmitri, so he can return home to be reunited with his family, be there for his children and be able to say goodbye to his elderly ill mother.
