The U.S. government's program known as CAPTA allows for a "minimum definition of child abuse" which is destroying thousands of American families for trivial or trumped-up charges of "abuse."

We demand an investigation into the abuses of state and local "child protective" agencies in their highly biased readings of CAPTA legislation and an investigation of fraud in this program.
We believe that innocent families are being destroyed by a right-wing interpretation of "abuse" that is unconstitutional and extremely harmful to children who need their own biological parents.
We demand that parents be held in higher regard than bureaucrats.
