2. EA Sports FIFA

Hello my name is Francisco L. I want everyone to join me in this petition to EA Sports to include the leagues of Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador and Costa Rica in the FIFA video game. We have seen new leagues in almost every new release of the most popular video game in the world but we haven't seen love for the Central American region.

3. Bring Back Jose

Bring back Jose as a manager.

We are 16th in the league, the players who earn much too much are not playing because they are sulking.

This man has won us so much. Don't let selfish players win, keep Jose, sack them.

4. Save Wimbledon Park parking for residents

Wimbledon Park residents are unable to park on Saturday and Sunday due to the flood of Chelsea and Fulham fans who use our residential roads for free parking, often for up to 4-5 hours during the course of a day.

This can happen on both a Saturday and Sunday.

5. Support Chelsea Aquatic Center

The Chelsea Aquatic Center will provide useful water safety programs, additional sports related activities, competitions for the schools and community, and wellness programs for our seniors.

The Aquatic Center will create a positive business environment that will bring additional capital improvements, generate business and increase tax flow in our local area.

6. Applebee's: Rehire Chelsea & We'll Eat At Your Restaurant At Least Once In 2013

Earlier this week, a receipt posted to Reddit went viral. The receipt showed a zero tip, along with an explanation from the customer, who identified herself as a pastor: "I give God 10%, why do you get 18."

The waitress who posted it, Chelsea, has since been fired from her employer, Applebee's, after the pastor complained.

We want Applebee's to do the right thing here and rehire Chelsea. This was clearly a good-natured joke at the expense of someone who showed incredibly poor regard for her fellow man/woman, especially for a pastor.

Moreover, we believe Applebee's wants to do the right thing. We don't fault them for erring on the side of an angry customer, but a closer look at the matter reveals that this particular angry customer was in the wrong. Applebee's should correct the error and show that it stands up for its employees who are doing their jobs.

So, if Applebee's rehires Chelsea, we at HuffPost Comedy, and the below signed, promise to eat at our local Applebee's restaurant at least once in 2013. Maybe we'll even order a Mucho Margarita™. We hear they're great.

7. Review Manchester United And Chelsea "Offside Goal" (April 3rd)

The Football Match Between Manchester United And Chelsea is a big big match all the time but this season with just points in between the top 2, it counts more than ever that a referee or a linesman is accurate and fair.

Chelsea player Drogba scored a goal from which was clearly a off-side position and the linesman Simon Beck was clearly able to see this, and he has been penalised by being demoted to Championship duty.

But Why should a team also be penalised?
Manchester United in this case.

The Goal was offside and it should not count.

8. Promises not Politics: NYC DOE Must Make Good On Promise Not To Overcrowd PS11

The DOE promised PS11 it would move the middle school from the building by Fall 2010 — DON'T LET THEM FAIL TO MAKE GOOD ON THAT PROMISE.

In good faith, PS 11 accepted an additional K class as well as a 10% increase in enrolment over all grades to help ease area overcrowding. To make room, PS11 covered its Library shelves, dismantled its Music room, and began using storage closets as cluster spaces.

If the DOE fails to move the middle school by Fall 2010, PS11 stands to lose its small class sizes (and have up to 34 kids per classroom), its Pre-K, its G&T for K, its Library, Art, Music and Computer rooms, and up to $1,000,000 in sacrificed funding for 2010-11 alone.

9. Justice for thugish behaviour on a football pitch

I feel that I have to contact you all regarding the deplorable scenes that I witnessed at White Hart Lane on Monday 19th March 2007. Firstly, I am a Spurs fan, and will freely admit that we were outplayed and out passed in the game last night, and Chelsea deserved the victory.

I thought that they took both their goals very well, and we did not seem to be at the races for long periods of the game. I haven't got a clue why, probably it is as simple that Chelsea are a better team than us.

But I feel that I have to speak out at what I saw after the game. I sat in block 33, row 26, and it is the same block that the fan came running out of and approached Frank Lampard. I am NOT condoning what he has done, and hopefully get what he deserves, a life time ban from the Lane, and a prison sentence. I have to tell you from what I saw, he was only reacting to what Frank, Ashley Cole, and John Terry did. It comes down to responsibility from them.

I do not know if you know White Hart Lane very well, but the away fans are positioned next to the Park Lane faithful, the 'diehards' if you want to call them. So, I can understand that the Chelsea team would want to go over there and celebrate. But, and it is a big but, while they are running towards there fans, there was no need for them to gesture to us fans in the Park Lane. I saw John Terry, Frank Lampard, and especially Ashley Cole, gesturing to us fans in a provocative way i.e. 'come and get us if you think you are hard enough' way, so that we reacted to it, and the more we reacted to it, the more that they did it. I can understand that they were just reacting to the amount of abuse and stick they were getting through out the game, but don't they have a duty of care not to react to these type of things? Frank came over to our side when he took and a corner, and got one hell of a barrage of abuse. He just smiled and got on with it, now that was the professional way to handle it. So why, at the end of the game, do a stupid thing like that and provoke the response that they got? I have no idea.....

To make matters worse, and I am sure that the TV pictures will back me up on this and there has been pictures printed in the national press, Didier Drogba should be done for assault on the fan. I blatantly saw him STAMPING on the fan when he was being held on the floor by the stewards! What the hell was that all about? You do that on the street, you go to prison, end of story! Why should it be different with him. Ashley Cole was seen kicking him, again in my book, that is a criminal offence. The second fan that came onto the pitch came from the Chelsea section, god only knows what he was doing.....

And now I have just found out that there will no action taken against any of the Chelsea players that were involved in the incident. I am asking each and every supporter of a football club to sign this petition and stop this thugish behaviour that happens on a football pitch. Something was done when Ben Thatcher elbowed Pedro Mendes, so why is it different for when a Chelsea player stamps on a supporter I ask you? We need to something about it, please sign this petition, and make sure that something is done!

To quote:

"When a Stoke fan attacked QPR goalkeeper Simon Royce last season and landed a few blows before the Rangers squad fell on him, QPR got a fine for failing to keep control of their players and reserve goalkeeper Jake Cole picked up a ban for administering a good shoeing while the bloke was on the floor. Step forward a year and a Spurs fan, clearly so drunk that even fat Frank could evade him, finds himself buried under a heap of Chelsea players. Of these, Ashley Cole and Didier Drogba, amongst others, are performing a strange dance not unrelated to the Hokey Cokey. We can only hope the unfortunate fan wasn't in their way. And is the FA feeling the collars of those Chelsea players? Or the management team that failed to control them? Apparently not. Double standards, anyone?"

10. Reclaim the Royal Blue for Chelsea Football Club

Chelsea Football Club and Adidas have introduced a black kit for this season's Champions League campaign.

Chelsea have played in blue for one hundred years and should continue to do so.

11. Save the Animals in Milford

Animals at the Chelsea Humane Society
in Milford, Iowa are being forced to
live in unsanitary conditions and are being euthanized without ever being given a chance at being adopted.
