Why are innocent people being killed on what we thought were safe streets? Monica's incident is the second fatality involving a teenage pedestrian in the last two weeks, and the third involving children pedestrians in just more than a month.
Why are the innocent children of Clarksville being killed? Monica and friends went to the Mini Mart almost everyday but you know the one safety measure that could have prevented this is not there. In Clarksville the only places we have crosswalks are in shopping areas. Maybe if there was a crosswalk where these children died a young life would have been saved.
