Recently Temple University Main Hospital has required for all employees to acquire the COVID-19 vaccine or they will be terminated. Many employees feel this is unfair ,and a direct violation of their rights, as well as a violation of equal employment opportunity (EEO). Employees and more specifically U.S. citizens should have a right to decide, as their own power of attorney, wether they will take a vaccine without any punishment set forth by An employer. demand amendment I and amendment IX be honored. Furthermore we demand a comfortable and equal work environment that does not discriminate against employees without vaccination. Good
