This election year Issue 1 was passed in Ohio, banning gay marriage. Similar amendments were passed in 10 other states. This is wrong. People should be allowed to marry whoever they want, no one can take this right away.

There have been no laws like this since Jim Crow, and this is disgraceful. We cannot let our country travel down this road again.

I am against the ban on gay marriage that has been put into affect in 11 states this election year. These Amendments are morally wrong.

People should be allowed to marry whoever they want, no one can take this right away. There have been no laws like this since the Jim Crow period, this is disgraceful. We cannot let our country travel down this road again.
