We, the undersigned, hereby request a full and thorough investigation by the United States Department of Justice by order of the Attorney General, into all aspects of the California criminal case of People v Williams.

This is an ammendment to a formal request presented in Washington, D.C. on May 17, 2002, to Meghan Livingston, Legislative Assistant to Congressman Cliff Stearns who received and agreed to present same to USDOJ because of the understandable measures of security including documents within any office of our federal government.

We seek immediate relief that inures to the benefit of the defendant as well as all necessary resources to assure that this case is properly administered.
