1. Sexual Assault Referral Centres for Europe

A Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC) provides services to victims/survivors of rape or sexual assault regardless of whether the survivor/victim chooses to reports the offence to the police or not.

Sexual Assault Referral Centres are designed to be comfortable and multi-functional, providing private space for interviews and examinations, and some may also offer counselling services. “SARC”s have specialist staff that are trained to help you make informed decisions about what you want to do next.

2. Art Exhibition for Khadija Saye

If like me, you have been touched by the recent Grenfell Tower atrocity and would like to give back in some way, please sign this petition to see Khadija Saye's photography exhibited in one of London's most high profile art galleries. Khadija was a budding photographer on the cusp of success but her journey was cut short by the awful and avoidable Grenfell Tower fire. On the day of the fire, she had met with an Art Director with a view to showcasing her work, this makes the ensuing tragedy all the more heartbreaking.

Outside of showcasing her talent, this petition and ultimately the exhibit will be a way to raise awareness for not just Khadija's work, but for all the victims whom will not get the chance to realise their potential and act as a reminder that the fight for justice continues.

3. Request for relief effort coordination in Nepal

I am writing to make a request for relief efforts coordination in the earthquake affected areas of my home country Nepal. At 06:11 UTC on April 25, 2015, a M 7.8 earthquake hit between two major cities in Nepal and has claimed the lives of more than 1000 people thus far. This number is expected to rise as more bodies are being pulled from the rubble. Even as I write this, my family and friends are feeling tremors of aftershock that has left them terrified.

Nepal's infrastructure--political, economic, or otherwise--is not prepared to pull off a rescue mission at a scale that is necessary during this disaster. Coordination of national and international rescue efforts is crucial to curbing the death toll. On behalf of my people, I request that the international community do more than send donations or political speeches over the internet. People who are on the ground need to be trained, equipped, mobilized and encouraged.

Nepal neither commands Western corporations' mineral interests nor serves much strategic political purpose. Nonetheless, my people have the right to be protected, supported, and rescued from this horror. As a citizen of the world, I want to believe we have learned something from the devastation of Haiti and the terror of Ebola. I want to believe we are one people. And we will not let our brothers stand alone.

4. Compensate Apartheid Victims

Black people were victims of apartheid in South Africa. Their land was taken. They were denied basic human rights ie. cultural and religious expression, education, economic participation, good health care, etc.

Post apartheid black people are still trapped in the same vicious cycle of poverty. Unemployment is alarming, crime and general abuse is endemic because the apartheid wrongs were not corrected. Government empowerment programs come extremely short.

Black people must be compensated 1million Rand per family for the atrocities of Apartheid. Their dignity must be restored. They must be afforded a fair chance to life, empowered to afford good education, health care and a meaningful business investment. That will level the playing field. One million for every family.

5. Support Childhood sexual abuse victims: Amend the Limitations Act 1969

Limitations Act 1969 18A Personal injury
An action on a cause of action to which this section applies is not maintainable if brought after the expiration of a limitation period of 3 years running from the date on which the cause of action first accrues to the plaintiff or to a person through whom the plaintiff claims.

Childhood sexual abuse

For victims of childhood sexual abuse their life is irrevocably changed forever, for some; they will live their entire lives without disclosing to anyone, others will find the strength and courage to disclose to someone at some point in their lives.

Statistics and Figures

It is commonly accepted that:
•1 in 6 boys is sexually abused before the age of 18.
•1 in 4 girls is sexually abused before the age of 18.
•This is equivalent to 332,516 Queensland men having experienced child sexual abuse.
•Over 30% of confirmed reports of child sexual abuse involve male victims.
•Between 70-90% of men who have experienced child sexual abuse haven’t told anyone!
•In on study of 40 boys who experienced child sexual abuse and attended an adolescent medical facility, none had ever told their primary care giver.
•Men are one and a half times less likely than women to report rape to police. This makes for an extremely small figure, given that only between 5–10% of women report rape to police.
•There appear to be some particularly powerful forces preventing adult men from telling. From their experience of men's groups, counsellors say that many men do not disclose until they are in their thirties and some never disclose.

Some personal prospective?

I was sexually abused as a child, the perpetrator was a scout leader, I never told anyone about it until I was 21 at which point I told my parents that I had been abused but no more details as I was unable to deal with it. At the age of 36 I realized that I needed to do something about it because it was destroying my life. I went to the police and for the first time ever I told the detective in great detail what had happened to me. It was the hardest thing I have ever had to do.

During the course of the investigation it was revealed that the scout association not only knew who this person was and what he had done but failed to report it to the authorities. One report from the scouts advised that the boys were told to “remember their scout’s code of honour and never talk about it again”. As I told my parents at age 21 I was unable to legally hold the scouts accountable becuase I disclosed at 21. The following links shows that this organisation has done this more than once.

What do we want?

We request that the limitations act 1969 section 18a be amended to allow for victims of childhood sexual abuse the time required reporting the crime and seeking compensation from the organisations’ that cover up or hide perpetrators to protect their organisations’ name.

6. Demand Accountability for Those Responsible for the Fukushima Nuclear Disaster

After over a year and a half, not a single person has been held accountable for the catastrophic accident that happened at the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant in March 2011.

The report of the independent investigation commission set up by the Japanese Diet published in July 2012 unequivocally states that the accident was man-made; TEPCO did not take appropriate measures against the potential risks of tsunami already identified; and the collusion of the government oversight agencies with the nuclear power industry compromised safety. [for the report, go to]

In June 2012, a group of over 1,300 people who lived in Fukushima at that time filed criminal charges against 33 individuals, which include former TEPCO executives, government officials in charge of nuclear safety in Japan, and the current Radiation Health Risk Management Adviser appointed by Fukushima Prefecture. The charges were filed with the Fukushima District Prosecutor's Office on the grounds of professional negligence resulting in death and injury, and environmental pollution offense.

The written statements submitted by each plaintiff tell stories of agony of how their daily lives were suddenly uprooted and their human rights violated. No government assistance has been provided for the evacuation of children, and most have been left in dangerously contaminated areas in Fukushima. The impact of radiation exposure on their health is becoming more evident, while the government continues to deny this grim reality.

The second group of an additional 10,000 plaintiffs from the rest of Japan are expected to join this case on November 15, 2012. Now we need to put pressure on the Fukushima District Prosecutor's Office, so that it will not just go through motions, but conduct a thorough investigation that would result in the actual prosecution of the individuals charged. This is only the first step, and a critical one.

7. Speak Up! Speak Out! To Stop Sexual Abuse

Sharon R. Wells is a survivor of child sexual abuse. At age 14 she could no longer suppress the traumatic secrets of being abused. She felt alone, abandoned, damaged, guilty and responsible. The guilt and shame impacted her life in a very negative way. The deep embedded scars of abuse carried over into her adult life, causing much pain and suffering. Had resources been available for teens during that time, there is a great chance that she may not have experienced such life-long suffering. Sharon's story is just one of many who continue to suffer in silence because of sexual abuse.

There is an estimate of 60 million sexual abuse survivors that live amongst us in the United States of America. Because sexual abuse leaves victims feeling ashamed and guilty, most victims never tell. The secret torments them and causes life long suffering. Research has shown that the population of teenage abuse victims have been known to take their own lives, engage in drug and alcohol abuse, experience depression, rage, post-traumatic stress disorder amongst many others. If the trauma is not treated, some victims are doomed to repeat the cycle of sexual abuse.

The only way that we can save our future generations is by educating and empowering them to speak up and out. We must provide resources and support that will encourage them to break their silence and seek help and be aware of their surroundings.

At the request made by the mother of a child sexual victim, the Judge at the High Court in Sri Lanka (Case No 39/2004), made a recommendation to the Attorney General to withdraw the indictment.

After considering all the facts involved and in view of the sheer severity of the damage that could cause to the victim in this particular case, the AG agreed to withdraw the charges. Unfortunately the news papers published the details of the case including false information violating the child's right to privacy and confidentiality, totally destroying the intentions of the courts and causing immense damage to the victim and her family.

This secondary victimization has severely damaged the victim without giving her the opportunity to rebuild her life.

9. Get Mariska Hargitay to Host SNL (2012 Petition)

Mariska Hargitay, 48, is primarily known for her role as Detective Olivia Benson on NBC's long running Law & Order spinoff, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, as well as a passionate advocate working for victims of sexual abuse.

But as has been said by countless acquaintances, coworkers and other comedic television personalities as someone who in real life, is more suited to the hilarious exploits of SNL. And if you have ever seen an interview, written or filmed, you'll know this is fact.

And in fact, It would be a complete injustice to deprive the world of her talent for any longer.

Fans and friends of Mariska call on YOU, to stop this vicious cycle of Mariska-less TV.

Rapper and fellow SVU co-star, Ice-T, known on Twitter as @FINALLEVEL has called on us for this purpose. Let's show them who the most diehard fans are.

Get Mariska on SNL 2012 Petition is in motion! Friends, family, your dog who has facebook, call them all to this worthy cause. Thank you!

In the UK, our justice system always seems to favour the offenders. By offenders we mean paedophiles, child abusers and domestic abusers and those who are charged with obsession of child 'porn'.

These abusers more often than not get lenient sentences with lots of support to get 'their' lives back on track when their victims get none. They also recieve luxuries in prison such as gyms, TV's etc with many finishing their low sentencing with a new i.d and a new life at the cost of tax payers money.

This is while their victims receive nothing and help is minimal, leaving them to cope with the aftermath of their abuse and the prejudice which accompanies it.

11. Death Penalty for Terrorists in Israel

Gilad Shalit (Hebrew: גלעד שליט‎, born 28 August 1986) is an Israeli-French citizen and IDF soldier. On 25 June 2006, he was abducted by Hamas militants from inside Israel near the border with Gaza in a cross-border raid via underground tunnels, and held in isolation without medical care or Red Cross visits for over five years until he was released on 18 October 2011, in exchange for over 1,000 Palestinian convicted prisoners, including hundreds convicted of multiple murders and carrying out terror attacks against Israeli civilians. (Wikipedia)

Terrorist included in the exchange are planners of some of worst bombings Israel has seen such as the Netanya Passover bombing and the Subboro Pizza bombing.

The release of convicted terrorists for the exchange of a kidnapped victim presents at least five grave concerns: a) It causes unbearable pain for the families of the victims, b) It inflates of the price tag for innocent captives c) It serves as an incentive for further kidnappings d) It lessens the deterrent against committing acts of terror, and e) The freed terrorists present a grave danger to the public.

Nevertheless, the plight of a young innocent captive under unspeakable conditions leaves the public and the government with the feeling that it has no choice but to give into terrorist demands. It’s a no win situation.

12. Donate our Australia Day fireworks budget to 2011 flood victims

The Australia Day fireworks cost hundreds of thousands of dollars for ten minutes of enjoyment... join me in urging our states to cancel them this year and instead donate that money to Flood victims

13. Stop Abortion Advertising In Russia

In contemporary Russia, you not allowed to advertise alcohol and cigarettes, but everywhere is freely available and advertised services on abortion.

The victims of this advertising are primarily girls - teens and women from poor families. The annual number of abortions in Russia reaches 2 million.

14. Stop the oppression of the British people

The Forum for Stable Currencies has been meeting at the House of Lords and Commons since 1998. We extensively covered monetary causes and their effects, especially relating to national or public debts. Challenging the Recession, our Chairman Austin Mitchell MP tabled ten Early Day Motions (EDMs), which nearly 80 MPs signed. His latest one is EDM 597 on the Enforcement of Bank of England Act 1694.

We always also welcomed victims of our financial, legal and judiciary system, whose grievances are extremely painful to listen to. In April 2009 we recorded some stories for the first time on video and later published a few cases here. More stories were recorded at our meetings in June 2009 and on March 9, 2010.

We'd like to see changes on three levels:
1. the Bank of England Act 1694 which prevents the corporation from trading; if it were complied with, the effects of the National Debt would be far less disastrous
2. self-regulation of the financial and legal professions which does not seem to be sufficiently effective
3. the compensation of victims of white collar crimes in financial and judiciary institutions who have nowhere to go.

This petition focusses on getting justice for victims, by following the recommendation of EDM 1297 to tackle the serious oppression of Their Majesties' subjects that the writers of the Bank of England Act wanted to avoid in 1694. They even foresaw a punishment in case of trespassing!

If you have five minutes, please get your MP to sign one of our relevant Early Day Motions.

If you have one minute, please consider signing our petition below - also without displaying your name, if you like.

When we had 331 signatures, I sent this letter to HM The Queen. The most interesting comments from signatories are being updated all the time. I now send them to 'high places' as and when appropriate.

Other related news can be found on Enforcement of Bank of England Act 1694, on Victims Unite! and on Flying Vet challenges South Wales Police.

Our last meetings were recorded in the Grand Committee Room and in Room 14 and led to Enforcement of Bank of England Act 1694. Since then, videos of meetings have been grouped into this vimeo album.

15. Support demand for justice for Afinsa and Forum Filatélico victims

As declared by the socialist party itself in an official document circulated in the Executive Federal Commission, in May 19/2006, it was the Spanish Socialist Government through the Spanish Revenue Agency who decided to shut down two companies, Afinsa and Forum Filatélico on the 9th of may 2006, while denouncing to the Spanish Anticorruption Prosecution Office in July 2005 that both of them had been actively engaged in running fraudulent Ponzi scheme practices.

Forty three months have passed since that day and Mr. Zapatero’s Government have not done one single effort to protect the rights and fortunes of 460.000 investors and citizens of Spain and Portugal, nor has he ever accepted to meet with us to find a proper solution to the excruciating problem he and his Government has placed upon our lives, and what is much worse, no legal evidence of such terrible crimes have been found so far.

A growing concern among all 460.000 victims is that Jose Luis Rodríguez Zapatero and his administration is invading and controlling the judiciary system making all efforts to prevent justice for us to take place.

16. Bring back the New York State Death Penalty

The Death Penalty is a vital tool that the Government of the State of New York could use to exact justice on criminals.

17. Call on Congolese Government to Compensate Victims of Sexual Violence

We urge the International Community (especially the United States, United Kingdom, France, Belgium, German, UN General Secretary, the UN Security Council members,European Union and African Union) to pressure the Congolese government to Compensate Victims of Sexual Violence in Eastern DR Congo.

The hundreds of thousands of women and girls victims of extreme sexual violence often described as "weapon of war" in Eastern DR Congo still lack proper support from their government. These victims are often socially stigmatized and many are so destitute that they have to struggle for their mere survival. They are being systematically denied the compensation which they are entitled by the same Government that manifestly failed in one of its fundamental responsibilities — to protect them against horrific sexual violence crimes without precedent inflicted by the military and armed groups.

PLEASE SIGN THE PETITION to urge the international community to put pressure on president Kabila to compensate victims of sexual violence crimes in East of DR Congo.

18. Justice for Victims of Bernard L. Madoff

Bernard L. Madoff will be appearing before Denny Chin to enter his plea.

Sign below to tell the Judge to delay the acceptance of the Plea Deal until such time as victims will have had a chance to speak with the prosecutor's office, as provided by Federal Law.

19. Financial Fairness for Voters and Taxpayers, please!

Since 1998, meetings of the Forum for Stable Currencies have attracted a variety of cases relating to minor and major wrong doings of banks, lawyers and official institutions - concerning systematic overcharging, bankruptcies, home repossessions or other litigations.

This on-line initiative is our attempt to connect with people via the internet, so that they can get help from their MP. As an example, Vincent Cable MP had four business men in his surgery recently, which had never happened before. As a positive example, Rudi Vis MP has helped one of his constituents not to get his company back, but to change the law so that similar wrongdoings could not happen again. Similarly, Alan Keen MP has helped set up an All Party Parliamentary Group against Financial Exploitation so that more MPs become aware of the problems.

Our Chairman, Austin Mitchell MP has not only been most active for monetary reform, but also on behalf of victims across the whole spectrum of complaints.

MPs may not know of the severity of their constituents’ sufferings, and MPs do not know how many other MPs have constituents with similar issues. This includes Ministers and those MPs who are members of the Treasury Select Committee. The Committee has tried to tackle the banking crisis in an admirable way, but they have yet to hear representative evidence from people who are suffering ‘on the ground’.

This is therefore our attempt to put before the Treasury Select Committee not only our petition to investigate the money supply underlying the banking crisis, but also its effects: real people suffering serious hardship, injustice and unfairness, for reasons that are not their own.

You can use WriteToThem to let your MP know of the way you have been hit. Together, we can group cases such that the law can be changed. According to our co-founder Lord Sudeley, this was done already in the 15th century. Now we try again! Our last meetings were recorded in the Grand Committee Room and in Room 14 on April 23, 2009, and on June 23, 2009 which led to the Enforcement of Bank of England Act 1694.

There is also a national banking petition to the Prime Minister in our spirit.

Our last meetings were recorded in the Grand Committee Room and in Room 14 and led to Enforcement of Bank of England Act 1694, where the right sidebar contains links to "Our meetings on video".

20. Boycott monopoly fueled vehicles

Boycott new gasoline powered vehicle purchases for at least the next five years.

Notify major auto manufacturers that we the people will keep our current cars and repair them for at least the next five years.

No new sales for mfgrs for the next five years UNLESS they implement steam powered automotive technology already proven since 1930's, still superior in function and performance to current gas only technology.

Steam is simple and can be repaired by the average person. So called 'hybrids' are NOT.

Steam has a 4:1 power to weight ratio over gasoline engines.

Even with gasoline (and a CHOICE OF FUELS is possible with steam!) the mileage is four to one.

Steam permits more than a million miles before a rebuild or overhaul is even close to necessary.

Steam engines do NOT run continuously at stop lights and stop signs. They only burn fuel AS NEEDED TO MOVE THE VEHICLE.

21. Help Pass Laws to Give Rights to Voyeurism Victims

My ten year old daughter was excitedly awaiting her 11th sleepover birthday party. While she and her friends were enjoying what was supposed to be an exciting night, her father secretly set up a video camera in our bathroom and video taped these girls using the bathroom and undressing.

I found the tapes upon cleaning and when I saw what was on them a friend and I called the police. The police took the tapes and a year battle in court pursued with his lawyer committing stall tactics. He had control over all our assets and when he finally got a slap on the wrist and was sent to jail for less than a year, we are told we have no rights, he was able to take all our possession and leave us about to be homeless and no monies to start over.

The law has no rights for victims under these circumstances and we were told to "shut up and move on with your life". While he was going through courts he was able to work two jobs and do a few episodes of Rescue Me. My daughter and I are scraping by to find a new home and were left with a great debt while he doesn't have to do anything for us! The law is treating us like criminals that, we made our choice by reporting him and now we have to except the circumstances.

Please I beg you, he got a slap on the wrist and we are the ones who lost everything! The lawyers have told me that it's not worth a lawsuit cause he doesn't have to comply(he never complied with all the stipulated agreements) I want justice and we keep getting places in front a stone wall!

22. Give us the gift of Silence

It severely affects our health and well being.

It has enormous, immeasurable cascading deleterious effects on the entire society.
We beg for enforced Silence.

23. BBC's lack of credibility and partiality in reports of Sri Lankan affairs

To: Editors of the BBC

We the Tamils are disheartened and hurt by the BBC's covering of the issues pertaining to the island of Sri Lanka. The issues mentioned below are in response to reports on the website and BBC News 24.

These include but not limited to:

1.Massacre of civilians in a bus using claymore mines, Anuradhapura, Sri Lanka

The BBC's Sri Lankan correspondent, Dumeethra Luthra reported on the massacre of innocent civilians in a claymore mine attack in Anuradhapura, Sri Lanka and the ensuing aerial attacks by the Sri Lankan government on Tamil positions on BBC News 24 (the video link of the same report on the website is titled 'Why air strikes have been resumed' in the article 'S Lanka air force steps up raids').

In this report she states that the LTTE is "the Key candidate" for this atrocity. She fails to mention the Sri Lankan State forces that have been accused by the Sri Lankan Monitoring Mission of extra judicial killings of innocent Tamil civilians in the NE of the island.

As of the 24th of May over 190 Tamil civilians have been killed since the first Geneva talks held on the 22-23 of February 2006. The GOSL (Government of Sri Lanka) has a history of orchestrating violence against the Tamil civilians (1956, 1958, 1977, 1981 and 1983 anti-Tamil riots).

The LTTE for its part has been accused of targeting Government soldiers but has not been accused of targeting innocent civilians.

The LTTE has strongly denied the allegation of the claymore attack on the bus and has nothing to gain from this horrendous and disturbing attack targeting civilians.

•Why doesn't the Sri Lankan correspondent question the motive for the LTTE to have committed this attack?

•Why doesn't the Sri Lankan correspondent assess the beneficiaries of this massacre?

It is the GOSL and/or the elements opposed to peace that benefit from this massacre of innocent civilians.

The Tamils and the LTTE have been further unjustly isolated in the international arena, by the recent proscription of the LTTE as a terrorist group by Canada and the EU. This has emboldened the GOSL to continue the genocide of the Tamils in the hope of subjugating the Tamils abandoned by the international community.

2.Down-playing/Sugar-coating of Government atrocities against innocent Tamil civilians

Initial versions of the report titled "Fresh Sri Lanka clashes kill many" accuses the LTTE of the attack against the Sri Lankan navy and quoted the Sri Lankan Navy accusing the LTTE for the grenade attack on the Mannar church in yesterday's fighting.

The updated version of the same report mentions with ambiguity the Mannar church attack but fails to mention who was involved in the attack.

The reader is left with the impression that the 'non-state' actor (in this case the LTTE) that 'allegedly' initiated the naval attack is responsible for the atrocity on the civilians in the church.

With eyewitness accounts and the presence of an international aid worker, the BBC reports that the Sri Lankan forces attacked the Mannar church in the article titled "Sri Lankan forces 'hit church' ".The report goes on to say that the government denied this but said that the church was "caught in the crossfire". However, it fails to say that the GOSL had initially insisted that it was the work of the LTTE.

Here again the BBC sugar-coats the government atrocity, which was a deliberate NOT 'accidental' attack using a grenade and live gunfire on the 200 or so Tamil civilians seeking refugee in the church. One person was widely reported as killed and many injured.

These sorts of crimes targeting civilians seeking refuge in churches and temples were a common occurrence during the war. The Tamils in the NE are faced with these atrocities even during times of peace with the help of censors of the international media.

3.Tamils from the NE of the island faced with the fear of being victims of state genocide are fleeing in the thousands from the government controlled areas to LTTE controlled areas and to India. The BBC when reporting on the fleeing Tamil civilians refers to the victims as Sri Lankans giving the impression that the Sinhalese are also fleeing. This is NOT true. The people seeking refuge in India and LTTE controlled areas are all Tamil victims.

4.It is also very disheartening to note that the BBC has turned a blind eye to the mass demonstrations, by tens of thousands of Tamils around the globe, against the genocide of Tamils by the Sri Lankan government.

5.It is also very sad to note that articles such as the "Sri Lankan forces 'hit church'" that refers to the Sri Lankan forces' attack on the innocent civilians in the church are only short lived in the South Asia section of the website (It was published at 1:08 GMT on the 18th of June and archived well within 8hrs).

As you have stated in your article titled "Sri Lanka: Truth, bias and the BBC " the news of the Tamil struggle published on the international media especially the BBC (given its presence in Sri Lanka ) are paramount in the midst of FALSE propaganda being issued by the government of Sri Lanka.

24. It Happened To Me!

February 18, 2006

This is a petition for all the victims of drink spiking and drug rape.

If you realised your situation in time and were able to seek safety we still need your signatures. If you were not able to do this as you didn't realise what was happening, we need your signatures too.

Hopefully this petition will be strong enough to send to parliment, to police forces, to judges and to medical staff. To make them realise just how often this crime is happening.

As the home office and police forces have no figures on this crime, it is unknown how many people have suffered in silence.

"Statistical Update: July 2004
The latest breakdown of British survivors of the crime of drug related rape and sexual abuse through having their drinks spiked, as reported to the Roofie Foundation via their Help-line is as follows -
Drug Rape & Sexual Abuse Total Figures = 6,008"

"One in four women say they have had a drink spiked in a club or pub."

"In the past five years, only 15 men have been convicted of the crime.",,1300147,00.html

Please help to put an end to what is seen to be the "Perfect Crime".

Thank you.

25. The Bali Nine

The bali nine are suffering due to the mistakes and the lack of our Australian police and government investigating the ring leaders here in australia.

My name is Rachel Richardson and i am a former heroin addict and now a Human Rights campaigner and a member of Amnesty International, we need to stop injustices such as this, there needs to be more support in the war against drugs we need to educate our children against the dangers such as drug smuggling and the traps that they can so easily be caught up in.

There needs to be better rehabilitation and education and the government needs to be of support to this as well.... we all make mistakes and we need to learn from them not be killed for them.

Who will be the next victims ?? our children ?? being offered free holidays to indonesia. Then having their lives threatened or the lives of their families. This whole case needs to be investigated properly and the people behind this need to be prosecuted. Innocent people were roped into smuggling heroin and have already been sentenced to death due to the indonesian laws.

It is now up to the Australian Government and John Howard to help these innocent victims.

28. Victim’s Harvest Bill of Human Rights ---- HR XXXX

Victim's Harvest Bill of Human Rights ---- HR XXXX

The sole determined purpose of this humble petition is for The United States of America to finally ensure that death sentence criminals who have been convicted of capital crimes against mankind pay for their heinous and vicious crimes against our society by enacting a lock-tight comprehensive Congressional Federal law or amendment --- that is Supreme Court appeal proof --- that convicted death penalty criminals shall have to forfeit their bodies immediately after last appeal is exhausted with no death row waiting and become instant organ donors.

Basically, any criminal who has been convicted of a capital crime in or against the United States of America has to instantly forfeit his body organs as a federal punishment to atone for his crimes to society. The revised death sentence appeals process will now also be limited to two calendar years after conviction. This new law will supercede, overwrite and replace any state or federal law and will be applied no matter what may be the criminal's religion, faith, color, creed, belief's, sex, sexual orientation or whatever possible reason.

Any criminal that believes he needs his body parts for his or her next life will have still to suffer the consequences of the new law. The convicted death sentence criminal will be given ample notice by the passing of this new Federal Law or amendment that any capital death sentence offense now carries this new instant organ donor provision, therefore any religious, spiritual or personal concerns are deemed invalid and irrelevant due to the severity of the capital crime and the public notice.

Any financial gain or proceeds from distribution of the victim's organs, skin, bones, eyes, kidney's, heart, lungs or any conceivable use of his body shall go directly to the victim's family or families. The victim's family shall be the sole determiner of the financial rewards and have a limited say on who gets the body parts if needed by other victims of the crime or family members.

The harvest of the victim's organs should be done in the most absolute painless and humane way possible so as not to cause any cruel and unusual punishment, but not to lose any useable part of the anatomy.

A very small benefit --- totally useless in my opinion, but worth mentioning --- of this new VHBOHR, it may also serve as a possible deterrent for any future crimes, although this is not a reason for future passage or my respectful, humble request for your consideration or signature..

The convicted criminal or any anti-death penalty groups who feel this is somehow a possible violation of the new donor's human or civil rights have the option of making a further cash donation to the victim's families or offering a prayer or petition for the painless harvest of the convicted capital criminal. The opposition voices to the VHBOHR shall be drowned out by the anguished cries of the victims for justice and true punishment and shall never be heard or even considered.

The only single drawback is that this new law or amendment is that it will not apply to all current convicts living on death row at the present time.

With American society now rampant and constantly besieged by new child sex predator killers, perverted rapists/killers, murderers, cop killers, terrorists in custody here and in Guantanamo, and all types of capital crime death row felons, it has now become apparent that America has to seek proper justice, punishment, restitution and recompense for the crimes committed by these convicts for the victims of these atrocities.

It is now time for America's Victims to harvest the organs or the convicted criminals, so in death they can become repentant if possible, whether forced in the end to donate their organs or willfully donated. Hopefully some will leave this world feeling better that they have paid for their sins and crimes and given life to their fellow members of society.

I can assure you that most death row inmates believe in a life after death and by enacting this law, the new Victim's Harvest Bill of Human Right's Bill, the donor's will come to have a sense of peace and atonement and come to believe that their actions will maybe help them in some small way in their next life.

29. Abolish The Death Penalty in the USA

A petition to abolish the Death Penalty in the U.S.

Please abolish the Death Penalty in the U.S. We are supposed to be a land of forgiveness and freedom. What ever happened to the morals in our Great country? The Bible states, "Thou shall not kill." I can not find where it says ,except for government. We can not, and will not stand for the State sanctioned murder of anymore human beings.

Please find the compassion in your heart and souls to put an end to the heartbreak and suffering of all the families and friends of the victims on both sides.
