We, mothers living in Qatar, would like everyone's helping hand in signing our petition to help make our daily lives a bit easier.
We are asking the newly opened mall, the Gulf Mall, to provide changing tables in both male and female toilets, and a clean and comfortable feeding room for mothers who wish to breastfeed in private.

1 to 8% of the world population has an allergy to latex. Sounds like a small number until you realize that equals 65 to 520 Million people.
This issue becomes bigger when you understand that it is not just a contact allergy, but can be an airborne allergy as well. This means, unlike many food allergies, people with a latex allergy don't need to come in contact with the substance, just merely be in it's presence.
Those with a latex allergy are encouraged not to eat any of the following as well:
Banana
Avocado
Chestnut
Kiwi
Apple
Carrot
Celery
Papaya
Potato
Tomato
Melons
Pear, Mango, Sweet Pepper,
Peach, Rye, Cayenne Pepper,
Plum, Wheat, Shellfish,
Cherry, Hazelnut, Sunflower Seed,
Pineapple, Walnut, Citrus Fruits,
Strawberry, Soybean, Coconut,
Fig, Peanut, Chick Pea,
Grape, Buckwheat, Castor Bean,
Apricot, Dill, Lychee,
Passion, Fruit, Oregano Zucchini,
Nectarine, Sage, Persimmon
And these are just some of the other things that people with latex allergies should not be in contact with or even in proximity to:

Diaphragms
Bandages(Adhesives)
Pacifiers/ Baby Bottle Nipples

Elastic

It is intended to ask the KLCC Management to revise their current parking rate, and to show to them that many concerned members of the public are aware and agree that the current rate is just too expensive, if not unreasonable.
4. Westfield Malls - Please Support Breastfeeding Babies!

Fox 8 Morning News (Cleveland) aired a story on July 21, 2006 in which a local nursing mother (who wishes to remain anonymous) was refused permission to nurse her baby before paying for her purchases at the Aeropostale store in Great Northern Mall (which is owned by Westfield).
The mall representative who spoke to the reporter indicated that this kind of situation is why they put in the Family Room.
Westfield Corp. owns four area malls in addition to the malls they own in twelve other states and three other countries (the UK, Australia and New Zealand).
Some of those areas have much stronger protections for families who breastfeed in public than Ohio does, especially New York State (where Westfield owns two malls) - there the right to breastfeed is written into the Civil Rights section of the state laws, with specific penalties if violated.

5. No More shopping malls in India

The cost of living is increasing day by day.
Education fees, medical fees, house maintainance bills etc are becoming difficult to pay.
Due to privatization of sectors, only a handful of people have the power of production in their hand. We don't need more shopping malls, coffee shops, discotheques & other such luxurious outlets.
We need more public toilets, dustbins on the street, trees, farm lands and an agricultural India.
