1. John's Law

John was attacked 2.5yrs ago he sustained life changing injuries and waited 2.5 yrs to get justice. By the time it got to court his health had deteriorated so much that he was unable to give good evidence. two of his attackers were found not guilty and one guilty and the one who was found guilty was only sentenced to 2ys 9 mths. We would like the justice system to rethink their sentencing on such life changing injuries. John has said if the system changed its sentencing and made it stiffer then perhaps this would set a president and send out a message that the the uk is not a place to be messed with. Come on UK enough is enough lets get this sentencing sorted out once and for all and save someone else going through this ordeal.

2. Monarchy status for Catholics

The "Bill of rights" states that a catholic can not become king of England. I do not think this is fair on the members of the catholic faith so would like an amendment to the said "Bill of rights" to allow a Catholic to sit on the throne of England

3. Jürgen Klinsman for England

Jürgen Klinsman has played and managed at the highest level with great success. He is a free thinker and was responsible for the radical turnaround of German football.

The English national football team needs a complete overhaul. It needs a fresh approach from top to bottom. Klinsman is the ideal candidate having already done this with the German national team. He understands English football because he has managed here. He would command the respect of players, coaches and fans.

The FA must accept there are no English options and at least try to recruit Klinsman.

Right people as you all know i really did have FAITH ENGLAND could win this competition. I am a massive football fan as most of use know, my local club is Middlesbrough Fc, who i have supported since as far back as i can remember, i am now 53 years of age. I have worked away most of my life like thousands of other good people, to try and make a decent living.

In 1999 i was offered a job in King's Lynn, Norfolk for a 3 week shutdown, i took the job and ended up there for 13 years. I used to sacrifice my weekend work and a lot of money a lot of the time so i could come home and watch my beloved Middlesbrough play. I also used to do a lot of away games as London was only an hour away on the train.

This did use to cost me a lot of money and involved a lot of travelling and a lot of 3am starts to travel back. I got sick of spending my hard earned money on watching them when these players who were earning £30.000 or even £40.000 a week, could not even get the ball to reach the front post when taking a corner, or the ball would end up near the other corner.

Here was i spending my hard earned cash on watching these so called professionals who just did not seem bothered if they won or lost, as long as they were getting their wage. I ended up not renewing my season ticket in disgust.

Now as you know i am a massive England fan as are we all. Once again this year i got all my Flags and Bunting out, i even got my partner to make me a 6 metre x 3 metre ST George's cross Flag to go on the gable end of our house.

I did the house up so good it attracted a lot of media attention and i did interviews for the local paper and Radio, It brought a good community spirit to our area. So much so that me and a couple of friends had decided our mission in 2018 would be to get as many houses as possible on our estate and in Middlesbrough to FLY THE FLAG FOR MIDDLESBROUGH AND ENGLAND for the world cup, and we could show the country that our town is amongst the best.

I put a lot of effort, time and pride in to putting all my stuff up and was proud of it and proud because i am English and we were going to go on and win this tournament.

We could win this tournament by having 2 of the best strikers in the business going off this past season in Vardy and Kane. Our defence looked suspect but i believed we could win this on fire power.

Roy Hodgson obviously had other ideas?

Now let's talk about last nights embarrassing effort, sorry attempt because there was no effort in their display.

I am now going to try and set up another ONLINE PETITION calling for these 12 players to never be able to represent England again at any level in a football tournament. And also any fan who has his/her ticket stub is reimbursed there money from the English FA.

Here are the people who did not try.
1 Hart
2 Walker
5 Cahill
6 Smalling
3 Rose
20 Alli
17 Dier
10 Rooney
15 Sturridge
9 Kane
7 Sterling

Vardy and Rashford did try to make things happen when they came on. That was the worst display i have ever seen by any professional team in any sport in my life.

These people did not even know what to do with the ball. Rooney could not even pass the ball 5 yards without giving it away, where was Sterling meant to be playing? Was Harry Kane a left winger last night? and as for that free kick which was from 41 metres and missed the goal by about the same distance.

Thousands of working class fans had scrimped and saved for years to be able to go to this tournament and support there beloved team ENGLAND.

I bet there was not 1 player there who is on under £100.000 a week there last night.

I put more pride and passion in to putting my Flags up on my property.

I know the last 2 weeks i have done a lot of people's heads in by telling them to have the FAITH, ENGLAND will win this and FLY THE FLAG FOR MIDDLESBROUGH AND ENGLAND.

I look at Wales, both Irish teams and Scotland, such small nations with such a BIG HEART. These players just seem so proud to put their countries Football Shirts on, they play with so much pride and passion, money doesn't seem to come in to there minds.

These England players were getting a 5* all inclusive holiday free, YES FREE. Most working people i know are now saving for next years holiday in Sunny Spain or Bulgaria because that's all they can afford.

I can go on and on about this pathetic showing up last night but it is pointless.

If you or me performed our job like that we would be sacked.

I would seriously like to see the FA banning these players from ever representing our great country again at any levels in football. And to pick the team from the smaller clubs and even players in The Championship, because these players would give their all and be happy and proud to wear an ENGLAND shirt

I will try and get a petition going today asking the FA to BAN these players.

Please SHARE this post and try and make it go nationwide, and please sign my petition when i get it ready.

Robert Harvey, Middlesbrough. a very disillusioned ENGLAND FAN.

5. Rule change to confirm Iceland can have a place in Euro 2016

I propose that should Iceland beat England the margin will need to be greater than 4 goals and an attendance in the stadium of greater than 72000 or the match should be replayed ad nauseam.

6. England Flag emoji

We want an England flag added to the extensive list of available flags as emojis.

7. Marcus Rashford to go to the Euros

Take Marcus Rashford to the European Championships 2016.

He is scoring goals, creating chances, and doing the business.

8. Rehome a deserving family

A young working mother with 3 children of school age become homeless and lose all belongings after an accidental fire caused by faulty electrical equipment destroyed there life. She turns to the local authority Swale Borough Council for help in being re-homed as she was in private rental and has nowhere else to turn, unfortunately they refuse to help in re-homing leaving them struggling to live and carry on a normal life.

Below is documented link to the fire…/home-saved-after-neighbours-…/

Yet recently as reported in Kent Online it is reported that "Swale council agree to house up to 10 Syrian refugee families over five years says leader Cllr Andrew Bowles" If these people can be helped when they have no-one else to turn to then surely our own families should be able to expect the same help. Is this really the caring community side of Swale Borough Council they want us to judge them by ?

9. Bowie's "Life on Mars" to be England's new national anthem

MPs are expected to vote soon on a new national anthem for England.

The UK's national anthem is God Save the Queen, but England currently has no national anthem.

Let us honour the memory of England's greatest-ever musician and song-writer by making his classic Life on Mars our national anthem.

10. Brighton twinned with Tokyo

After just watching the Rugby World Cup game between South Africa and Japan I was made to feel very proud to be from Brighton when I heard how the local fans got behind Japan, and I'm sure the Japanese players and fans saw this and greatly appreciated it.

So what better way to show Brightons warmth than to twin Brighton with Tokyo and begin a wonderful relationship between our two cities.

11. Change the British National Anthem

This is a petition to the UK government to change the British national anthem from God save the queen to land of hope and glory as God save the queen was written as the anthem but most people be live that land of hope and glory installs a more national pride.

If the current government is serious about change for the people then let them show it by removing a out dated song and replacing it with one that makes us all proud to be British.

12. Save the footpaths of Hanwell

There is a frequently used public footpath running across the public open space known as Warren Farm School Sports Centre which has its main entrance in Windmill Lane, Southall UB2.

The footpath runs from the main entrance to Warren Farm School Sports Centre in Windmill Lane, Southall UB2, along the tarmacked road and then eastwards across Warren Farm to the 5-bar gate on the north eastern edge. An established path then leads over a level crossing with the Brentford Branch railway line, into Jubilee Meadow, over the Grand Union Canal at lock 97 and into Hanwell via Green Lane.

Please see the map.

The footpath is marked in red with the end points marked with red and green pins.

This footpath is regularly used by many people to get;
  • from their homes in Windmill Lane, Wolsey Close, Norwood Green and Southall to their places of work at Waterside Trading Centre, Hanwell and Ealing.
  • to access the Grand Union Canal for leisure and exercise walks
  • to get to the Hanwell Carnival or Brentford Festival.
  • to get from Norwood Green to The Fox pub in Green Lane, Hanwell
  • to get to the Health Centres in Hanwell
  • the shopping centres of Hanwell or Ealing.
  • From Hanwell people use the footpath as part of a circular exercise walk to Osterley Park
  • to access The Plough Inn on Tentelow Lane
  • Children from Hanwell also use the path to access the horse riding stables next to Warren Farm.
  • To attend Church at St Thomas’ Church on Boston Road
  • To attend Church at St Mellitus’ Church on Uxbridge Road, Hanwell
  • To attend Church at St Mary’s Church, Norwood Green

The footpath has been used for a minimum of 25 years and by many families for much longer than this.

According to the 'Highways Act 1980' this footpath must be dedicated for public use because it has been freely used by the public for more than 20 years.

13. English MP's for English Issues

Now that Scotland is to be given more powers to govern itself should, England be given similar consideration by allowing MP's of English only constituencies to vote on English only issues.

14. All Premiership Clubs must field at least five UK players every game

This is to try and make every Premier League club field a minimum of five UK players for every game as a minimum.

Until this is done we will never have national home sides able to compete at international competitions.

15. To gain support for a superhero hotel in lancashire

My name is John and I have a vision!

I need to know who would relish the idea of a superhero hotel, restaurant, cinema and shop opening in the Lancashire area of England?!

If YOU would then please sign this petition. I need a lot of signatures to present to potential investors and endorsements.

Thank you and kind regards

16. St George's Day - National Holiday

Every other patron saint within the UK has a public celebration day except good old St George.

St George should have a public bank holiday.

17. End Punch & Judy Politics

End punch & Judy Politics in the UK.

See editorial by Kevin Ward (below) People are so tired of 'Punch and Judy' politics -

JOHN Bercow, the Speaker of the House of Commons, is to be congratulated for writing to the main party leaders asking them to crack down on the 'yobbish' behaviour of some of their MPs, particularly during Prime Minister's Questions.

Much as I agree with Mr Bercow's view that the public are put off politics because of the childish behaviour of many in the Commons, I fear his intervention will have little effect.

We have heard promises before of an end to 'Punch and Judy' politics. They have never come to fruition, partly because MPs are cocooned in a Westminster bubble and have little understanding of what the public really think of them and partly because there are a significant number of MPs who are utterly out of touch with the real world and, frankly, a bit thick.

We have too many MPs who have never had a proper job, who move serenely from university to become parliamentary researchers or advisors, to the backbenches, to the Cabinet.

18. UK Government to rid British Land of non-British citizens!

I believe Britain is being over-run with people from different countries. I'm not preaching racist hate, and I'm not in any way saying non British are bad people but i believe we need to make britian, BRITIAN again.

Bring back UK peoples jobs! Bring back English rights and make britain british once again!

Please listen to our thoughts and act as appropriate or the british public will be forced to take action and stand to be counted to stop the influx of crime, and the government caring more for other countries and not ours! Act now!!

19. Support capital punishment for proven murderers

Proven murders should be not be allowed human rights.

20. Gary Neville to be next England Manager

You know... as much as I disliked him when he was playing, I think Gary Neville is very good at his job with Sky.

He talks a lot of sense, in a style that the ordinary fan can understand. He is also very knowledgeable - knowledge gleaned from a career playing at the very highest level.

It is this fact that adds credence to my belief that he would make a great England manager.

The players would respect him because he has 'been there and done that', he is tactically aware and he is already on the England coaching staff.

More importantly perhaps, the fans would respect him because he would be a young manager who 'says it as it is', and would not pay lip service to the antiquated FA hierarchy.

Critics will argue he has never managed before. I would counter that he has his UEFA coaching badges, and the role of an international manager nowadays is more a media exercise than a dressing room one. - He has proved his excellence in this sphere via Sky's Monday Night Football studio.

So on this St George's Day, I am going to start a petition for Gary Neville to become the next England Manager.

Put your club affiliations aside and please sign if you agree.

P.S. - I'm not a Manchester Utd fan, and Gary Neville is not my uncle. Nor is this a sponsored petition.

21. Stop deportation of Sam Lloyd

Sam Lloyd is being deported for a crime he has already served time for. Sam has lived in the U.S. for 25 and knows no other life.

Sam legally entered the U.S. from England when he was 7 years old. Sam's crime was not a violent offense. Nor was it drug related. Sam has a daughter that was born in the U.S. His family is here. He has nothing left for him in England.

22. Animal Cruelty Must Stop Now!

When we protect our animals, we then are also protecting our society against violence. People who have been known to hurt animals move on to hurt human beings. Widening our circle of compassion to include the animals is not just for sentimental reasons. It makes perfect sense. Animals are connected to people. What happens to them happens to us.

23. End the British Monarchy

Britain is now in a Double-Dip recession. Now we have a four day weekend and many other bank holidays due to the royal family. This cannot be helping local businesses, and the economy will get worse.

If we ditch the monarchy perhaps we can focus our efforts on better things to boost the economy, for example we could sell the castles and royal homes as tourist attractions, or they could be used to shelter those who don't have homes in Britain at the moment, the royal family can get proper jobs to help or get the normal retirement money like everyone else.

In the 21st century we should not have "Royal" people, everyone is equal, most other monarchy's are now gone and they're probably doing a lot better than we are.

24. Let UK citizens vote in a Scotland Idependance Referendum

I believe this is the ideal opportunity to decide what United Kingdom citizens collectively wish to happen with regard to Scottish Independence.

It costs the UK billions every year to support Scotland. Similarly Scotland would be left with huge debt following separation.

The implications are serious for all UK citizens so it should be the decision of all United Kingdom citizens.

25. Bring DJ Eco to England

DJ Eco is a fast up and coming Trance DJ. Armin van Buuren has been quoted saying “I seriously don’t know how he does it. Everything this man is touching is turning into pure melodic gold.” on his A State of Trance Radio show.

He currently has no European tour dates, and has only played in Europe a handful of times.

This petition is set up for fans to show a major UK nightclub that fans would turn up in numbers to see him play.

26. Metallica To play a small warm up gig before Download 2012

I'm starting off this petition as a huge and epic request not just from a huge metallica fan but a fan of metal. I run and organise a rock/metal night at DeBees Music Bar in a small town of Winsford, Cheshire, UK and i am opening up this offer to James, Lars, Kirk and Robert to play this venue before taking the stage at the Download Festival, Donington, UK.

You may have heard this from thousands of fans from around the world but at least acknoledge this petition to say yay or nay, i don't have much money but will do ANYTHING to make this happen, so please respone to the e-mail address and will give more info on request.

Thank You.

27. Bring KPop Artists and Bands to the UK

For quite a while now, K-Pop has started to become increasingly popular in the UK. This can be seen by the flashmobs that are held in London, where 100,000 teens turned up in Trafalgar Square re-enacting moves by their favourite K-Pop idols. There are even regular K-Pop club nights that take place. So if K-Pop is so popular why don't we petition for Kpop artists to come to the UK.

Last year (June 2011) SM Town went to Paris and it was proven to be very successful. What's more, this is not a crazy idea that many people think won't happen, companies have been discussing this idea for a while, but they don't know whether or not it will be successful. Therefore we should show them how popular K-Pop artists actually are!

So please sign the petition! If you have any ideas on how to promote this petition further you can contact by by clicking on "contact author here" at the bottom.

28. Change the music in Stop & Shop Supermarkets

Any regular customer to there local Stop & Shop or employee can tell you about the music that plays in these supermarkets. They will agree that the music choices this company decides on to play in there stores is horrendous.

I have heard comments such as "all they play is depressing music about breaking up or heartache" or "it seems as though they picked the worst songs from every decade."

This petition was made so Stop & Shop will change the music they play in there stores to more up to date music. Music that customers/employees would enjoy hearing.

29. Hetalia Movie: America and England's Past, Present and Future

Throughout the anime of Hetalia, no two characters have had the most beautiful and also painful memories as England and America. These two are usually the favorite among all the other historical pairs for many reasons. One of them being there's a tender side to England we only see when he raised America.

The Revolutionary War hurt the two, splitting them apart forever, yet now, they act as if it never happened. They seem too neutral, therefore it makes us wonder. Did they find a resolve after the Revolution or are they keeping their pain from each other?

On Monday 8th August 2011, during the height of major civil unrest, BBC World Have Your Say on the BBC World Service broadcast a phone-in debate on the England riots entitled "Is there a problem with young black men?".

The programme made a clear link between the England riots and the idea that the cause was due to a problem with young black men in general. It invited calls and comments from around the world to respond.

There is no editorial justification for the topic and the majority of comments on the World Have Your Say Facebook site reflect the dismay and shock that this subject has been deemed worthy of a respected international broadcaster.

The BBC's own editorial guidelines state:
"5.4.38. We aim to reflect fully and fairly all of the United Kingdom's people and cultures in our services. Content may reflect the prejudice and disadvantage which exist in societies worldwide but we should not perpetuate it. In some instances, references to disability, age, sexual orientation, faith, race, etc. may be relevant to portrayal. However, we should avoid careless or offensive stereotypical assumptions and people should only be described in such terms when editorially justified."
