This is an attempt to voice the concerns of the student body in regards to the recycling program on campus. Although some recycling projects do exist, they are isolated in terms of locations on campus and number of people that have the information and materials to participate in the recycling program.
The students are asking for funding from the University in support of a comprehensive recycling program that would enable every building on campus the opportunity to receive information and materials for the recycling of white paper, cardboard, plastic and glass.
With this funding a position for a campus recycling coordinator would be created, enabling implementation of new practices and stronger support for existing practices.
This is an attempt to voice the concerns of the student body in regards to the recycling program on campus. We, the undersigned, are asking for funding from the University in support of a comprehensive recycling program on campus.
