For the homes located among Tower Drive, Howard, Highfill St which includes a Mobile home community plus including homes on S. 22nd Ave./Taylor Rd are all at risk for delayed notification in the event of severe weather such as tornados as Sirens can barely be heard if at all only when standing outside your home listening for it. This is not right, there is a radio station on the corner of Tower Drive and Highfill St that could easily be the new home of a siren for this area to be properly warned in a emergency. We the undersigned, call on the city of Paragould, Greene County OEM to take action and to install a tornado/ weather safety siren near the mobile home park and adjacent neighborhoods located near Tower Drive and Highfill St of Paragould Arkansas to improve the safety of the residents of the area who have little to no warning.
