The English, Scottish, Welsh and Northern Irish football associations have agreed that only one FA should represent Team GB in 2012; I propose that Wales should replace England. Wales consistently fail to qualify for major championships and should be given an opportunity.
England consistently fail at major championships and risk the reputation of TeamGB for commitment and sportsmanship. Wales will positively represent a united GB.
We the undersigned call for the British Olympic Association to approve a team selected by the Welsh Football Association to represent Great Britain in the Olympic football tournament in London 2012.
