The University of Leicester provides poor internet to Freemen's residents.

We, the residents at Freemen's Common Houses, protest against the poor Internet quality that is provided to us. It does not comply with the "broadband type internet" specified in the Accommodation Handbook as it is insufficient to browse simple web pages at certain times of the day.

We ask :

1. that the University of Leicester comply with it's Accommodation Handbook and provide us with a broadband type Internet (i.e. a minimum bandwidth of 256kb/s at all times of the day);
2. that the University of Leicester compensate us for the damage we have suffered from having poor quality Internet for more than half a semester.
