THIS PETITION IS A DEMAND TO CARTERET MANAGEMENT TO REMOVE RICK LOVELAND FROM HIS POSITION AS PROPERTY MANAGER AT DUVAL PARK APARTMENTS. Duval Park Residents are protected by the Fair Housing Act, however, our rights in this act are not being protected from discrimination, abuse, and harassment by Rick Loveland. Carteret Management, you have an obligation to protect the residents of Duval Park. You failed to do that initially just by hiring a person with a domestic violence charge and order of protection against him, and you are failing us, the residents of Duval Park, by continuing to employ him, giving him access to continually abusing us.
We, Residents of Duval Park, will no longer stay silent or intimidated from the discrimination, abuse, and harrassment, including sexual harrassment, from Rick Loveland, Duval Park Property Manager.
