Currently the refusal of a mobile home for Lydford station stables, may lead to closure of these stables.
The stables is a fantastic place for youth and adults alikle to build on Devon sport , competition and community events.
I believe that this planning permission is vital to the stables remaining open.
Lydford stables provide a facility for rescue horses , animals and benefits the local area , and provides valuable space for an equestrian centre in the Tavistock area.
Currently Lydford Station stables is one of the few stables open in the area and loosing this , has great loss for the community.The stables brings tourism , competition and communities togethor in a rural area.
The loss of this , is the loss of Devon's character.
