Bon Accord Baths is a unique Art Deco public bath house, built in the 1930s and located in the centre of Aberdeen. The building benefitted from a major renovation in 2007/2008 but has never been reopened to the public.
Aberdeen City Council has recently put the building up for sale.
We, the undersigned, call on Aberdeen City Council, to:
i) immediately delist this property from sale;
ii) complete any necessary maintenance and renovations;
iii) reopen Bon Accord Baths to the public;
iv) operate this as a public amenity;
v) sympathetically improve and enhance the facilities on offer.
