Vaccines have a good purpose and function, and eliminating vaccine preventable disease is a public health issue.
Considering the effects of vaccine injury and side effects is an equally important public health issue.

2. An amendment must be added to require oversight of vaccine manufacturing and improvement of vaccine production to minimize introduction of foreign chemicals to the body and to diminish rates of vaccine side effects and injury.
