Works have started to take place during the week commencing Monday 24th May 2004 on parkland at the proposed sub division between Carr Avenue and Steel Street Leongatha involving contaminated soil.
We the undersigned, citizens of the State of Victoria object to the relocation of contaminated soil within the proposed subdivision of - Lot A 422686H,C. Car Avenue and Steel Street, Leongatha.-
To please note, that a requests to the South Gippsland Shire Council to immediately stop work at the above listed site has been made while all relevant information is made available and community consultation has taken place.
