Everyone who has changed from Console to PC and vise versa knows it's a pain not to have the Skins like you had on the console/PC. You buy an Elite or 2, have some nice Skins from a Season or Event and you suddenly don't have them. Or you're LVL 200 and had 2000+ Hours on the game and have to start from the bottom.
We all want this especially the ones that changed Platform.
