For a number of years, youths have been gathering in the evenings and causing disturbances at Jubilee Hall, Horndean.
This problem has been escalating as the summer holidays come around and has now progressed to many cars parking up with their stereos being played at unacceptable levels, drinking and swearing and general antisocial behavior disturbing the local residential area.
We have created this petition to take to the local council and police in order to increase awareness of the situation and how local residents feel with regard to the problem and that immediate action needs to be taken.
We, the undersigned, call on East Hampshire District Council and area Police to increase policing efforts at Jubilee Hall to eradicate the antisocial behavior of youths.
