We the undersigned homeowners, petition Tim Jones Communities, 8024 Fairoaks Court, Jonesboro, GA 30236, to adhere to promised and advertised amenities (Swimming pool, Tennis Court, Club House, Walking Trail and Park).
These amenities have been promised and advertised since the first sale of the properties at Stoneridge Subdivision Lakeside and Enclave off Old National Hwy, South Fulton County, Georgia.
We would also like to address the quality of the fences; the fences are falling apart all over the subdivision. We want you to improve the installation of the fences so as not to create a dilapidated appearance of our subdivision.
We are demanding accountability and a response within fifteen (15) days of this petition. Attached is a copy of your advertised features and benefits of homeownership at Stoneridge.
