Mid-America Christian University Must be Held Accountable for their Mistake

I am petitioning Mid-America University to release the hold on my account. They mistakenly sent my financial aid back to the government instead of using it to pay for my classes. As a result, I cannot get my diploma and they will not release my transcript upon request. I wrote a letter to the president of the university, only to find out they made the mistake, but I still must pay. I am trying to enroll in other programs that require proof of my degree and am also searching for jobs; neither of which I can do successfully without these documents. I believe it is unfair that they hold me accountable for a mistake they made.
We, the undersigned, call on Mid-America Christian University to release the hold on Carrie Fite's account, to erase the debt, to give her the diploma she earned and the ability to make requests for her transcript.
