My sister Tammy Seals was kidnaped, raped, and murdered while delivering her newspapers on October 17th, 1980. Her assailent is Orlando Morales, a serial rapist of children. His first two victims were 9 and 11 years of age in 1974. Behavior like this cannot be rehabilitated. Orlando Morales is coming up for parole and should not be released. He will act again. You’re signatures are greatly appreciated.
We the victims are asking you to show that you won’t allow a convicted child molester, rapist, and murder back on the street.
