The Watchtower has an inhumane policy of expelling persons from membership and subjecting them to immense emotional abuse that leads to suicide in some cases. One person expelled from the organization took the matter to court and it reached the Supreme Court of Canada. David Gnam, attorney for the Watchtower flat out lied to the court and we are asking that the Canadian Bar investigates whether he perjured himself and that action be taken if he is guilty.

We, the undersigned, call on the Canadian Bar Association to investigate whether David Gnam, Attorney-At-Law for Jehovah's Witnesses, perjured himself and mislead the Supreme Court of Canada, and take the appropriate steps.
