Chained dogs can become very dangerous to chidren and other animals. They deserve better.
They deserve to be a part of your family and to be loved, not left in the back yard and forgotten about.
We, the undersigned, would like to make a new law in Illinois to make it illegal to have dogs confined to a chain for more than 2 to 3 hours at a time. They should also have shelter, food and water.
