Enough is Enough!
We the undersigned, as taxpayers in the city of Guelph, demand city council reconsider their decision to begin 2009 budget deliberations with a 6.5% tax increase.
Now is the time to be penny wise not pound foolish. Average citizens, facing rising costs and an ever increasing tax burden, must make difficult choices each day.
It’s time that Guelph city council begin making some difficult choices of their own.
