We are all glad to see finally president Kumaratunge use her executive powers to do a good thing for the entire nation. She got rid of three corrupted ministers. The country was going from bad to worse and this step gave a little light to the darkness of the country.
The priminister was away from the country and on his return everybody expected that he would offer a part of the county to the socalled terrorist group LTTE. Nobody took any brave step against this brutal betrayal and we all owe president Kumaratunge for appearing on our behalf to save the country.
Once LTTE attacked her using a suicide killer and she lost her eye. But today her entire life is in danger. She knows that and we all know it. But instead of saving her own life she came forward to save Lanka. Finally mother Sri Lanka is in good hands.
