Fans of football are being conned in many ways. Ticket prices, points deductions, foreign owners etc etc. But let's not forget the ridiculous rule making body of our footballing nation, who have thought it wise to advise referees to hand out yellow cards left, right and center to players merely celebrating a goal by taking their shirt off and throwing it into the crowd.
This campaign may sound petty, but, football fans across the country, let's not forget that these yellow cards can be the crucial one which results in suspension for a top player in a big game. Come on fans, let's get this ridiculous piece of legislature repealed!
We, the football fans of the nation, call for the Football Association to end the policy of arbitrary yellow cards for players taking off their football shirt during a goal celebration.
