Smoking should be banned either completely, or in any location that causes others, especially children, to inhale the smoke.

"Nearly half the children in the UK are exposed to passive smoking in the home. Unlike many adults, children do not have any choice about whether or not they are exposed to tobacco smoke. Babies and children are more prone to chest, ear, nose and throat infections, and to more serious conditions such as bronchitis and pneumonia."

"Passive smoking can irritate the eyes, nose and throat and cause headaches, dizziness and sickness. Asthma and allergies can be made worse. Pregnant women and people who suffer from any lung, heart or circulatory disease are at greater risk through passive smoking."

I wish to ban smoking in areas liable to cause passive smoking, especially the home when children are present.
