We ask the Polish Parliament to create special status for the Kingdom of Netherlands to access market of Polish agriculture areas before Poland's membership in the European Union with full rights of ownership and residence status. Holland is suffering the defficiency of agriculture area with huge investment potential in this field of economy. The mutual agreement would be profitable for both sides.
