Having just had my privacy compromised by my next door neighbour putting up a loft dormer overlooking my garden, I note that cannot put a fence more than 2 metres high and that I cannot plant a hedge for screening because of the High Hedge Legislation. This allows trees or hedges to go no further than 2 metres high.
We, the undersigned, call on the government to change the laws by increasing the height of hedges and or trees from 2 metres to 9 meters under the High Hedges Legislation.
