E Pluribus Unum - Out of Many, One
My dear fellow Christians, and Jewish and Muslim friends,
At what point is enough, enough? How far down can the Office of Presidency be debased? How much can the indignities inflicted upon America by its current officeholder be tolerated? When do we say, it is over? As one Nation Under God, when do we finally restore our respect and turn toward Him again? A God of mercy, of compassion, of uprightness, of truth, of humility. A God who is radically impartial, a God of fairness, a God who maintains the whole of humanity in his hands as his Creation. When do we realize, that everyday we do nothing and remain silent, we are complicit in the sins that are being committed in our name? The sins of puffed up pride, unbridled arrogance, indecency, vulgarity, avarice, partiality and continual lying. When do we reject the labels people have pinned on themselves to elevate them, and pinned on others to degrade and separate them, and call these acts the grievous sins that they are? When do we abide by what is true and right and reject what is false and wrong? When do we turn to the great Light and come out of our dark excuses and arguments? When will our leaders do the same?
