1. Fatigue
A college is a place where students have to juggle the different areas of their life including the projects, lectures, homework, tuitions and extracurricular activities. The majority of college students suffer the anxiety due to increasing expectations of parents and teachers. 3. Projects

Many students suffer the feeling of guilt as a result of poor grade and they have to carry the emotional weight of being not able to meet the expectations of their parents and teachers. The guilt has a serious effect on the morale of the students and they have to struggle with getting back the self-confidence to do their best in the exams.

8. Panic Attacks
Students experience panic attacks at different stages of their college life. Whether it is the urge to catch up with the lectures, the need to makes notes, or the anxiety to submit the paper before the deadlines, the students have to deal with plenty of panic attacks over the course of their college life.

9. Isolation
Many students suffer a sense of isolation in college. This is particularly the case with introverts who struggle with mingling with the people. On the other hand, some students lack the social skills to get along with college mates, while some find the refuge in isolation after they fail in exams.
