A scam for home assemblers of FM Modulators/CD Modulators has been going on for around 20 years. The fee is $250 and sometimes it is lowered slightly. The product to be assembled turns out to be serious junk. These products are supposedly sold to 3rd world countries and a serious demand exists for them.
The whole thing is a total scam. I'm one of the folks that got burned by this business operated by Erwin Koltay. I was also a JobMaster for him. Now he does pay the jobmasters $50 person they recruit. This man has a "CEASE AND DESIST" order against for this very business. This was brought against him by the Florida Board of Professional Engineers in Florida thru the courts. And he's also been charged with Organized Fraud that was related to this business. Yet this man is still in operation and going strong.
