In recent years there have been no children hit by cars although with all of the sppeding young dricvers, it is perhaps only a matter of time before someone is seriously hurt.
Petition:
We, the undersigned members of the 4600 block of North 28th Street Block Club, petition the City of Milwaukee to install two speed bumps on the 4600 block of N. 28th Street, one on the north end of the block and the other on the south end.
We understand that there will be a minimum cost assesed onto the property owners assesment over a 7 year period.
