Reform child support and family court processes

About a single dad who face contradiction in the child support and family court system.
About the children in my custody not getting the same treatment rights consideration, and not being figured into child support /family court orders, figures and calculations for the orders during and after they write or mandate them.
I'M ASKING FOR SUPPORT FROM MILLIONS OF PAYEES WHO SUFFER FROM UNFAIR UNJUST CONTRADICTIVE UNCONCERNED BIAS PROCESS/SYSTEM AND LAWS. I'm a single dad with five children who has cusdoty of three, their mom is deceased. I'm faced with various hardships from the child support and family court process.
# one, child support and the family court does not recgonize the children in my cusdoty when they execute and manifest their court orders. chspt and family court have no regards for my children in my custody or their well being.
They have placed me and my children in the most unbearable conditions and postions. We live below the self support level of one, base on there court ordered orders, serverd on me. This places my family of four to live below the poverty levels.
This is what the child support and family court system is supposed to be eliminating and stand for. This is the very conditions there system was formed for and based on and this is also where they go wrong in my situation, contradictive.
#2 when the children were in there moms cusdoty dss alleged they provided additional assistance to them while I was paying my current orders. Never the less there mom before her death sighned a contract turning her rights to suport payments over to dss department of social services. dss allegeded they provided 18.000 dollars worth of finaceualy assitance ,which is now part of my arrear calculated amount.
The problem here is 2 things, 1 the calculated amount is false and does not show my true earning capacitiy during the periods they use ed to calculate the high erroneous amounts. They based the rears on the past job I had during my periods of unemployment.
Due to my ignorance to unknowing chspts rules at that time i was taken advantage of. unbenounced to millions of americans. the system never educate a payee or notifiy them that if they do not tell them they are unemployed imedieatly they will be charged with thease high erroneous amounts of arrearage.
THIS process of charging millions of americans is then boasted publicly all over america as look at all the money we got or saved the goverment and gave to moms arrived at by unfair untrue calculated earning capacities that a payee never possesded those cababilities or capacities at any of the periods they use to calculate the arrearage. (catch 22 ) we pay for the free lawyers for the pettioners and can not receive representation due to conflict of interest, this process keeps payees ignorant and in the hole with large amounts of rears.
#2 is my children need the same consideration, rights and provisions as when they were with there mom. this financeualy responsabilities does not go away because dad aquires them. dads have to provide for the children just like the moms .they require more now they are getting older.
I have my children for the rest of there lives. then why isnt dss helping me, child support helping me, family court helping me,? why cant I get a pardon from this arrearages for the three kids that I have cusyody of now for the rest of our lives. I,m fuffilling my responesabilities to them . Dont take there needed money its contradictive,they still need that calculated amounts child support and family court ordered and dss gave to them then.
Currently I make $134 wkly from unemployment child support takes $123 weekly, this leaves my family of four with $11 wkly!. Even if they were going to take money from me and my family what about the three kids in my care? what about my responsabillity to them. Shouldn't they be figured into this calculations ?, intitilled to some of my earnings?
I havent been able to get any help anywhere.I,ve been to court many times without representation and was ran over ,overwhelmed, baffeled and lost every time. I can not afford a attorney, I've joined and inlisted the services of many organizations, associations, mens groups, looking for answers and help.
But me and my family are always turned down sent away, kept in poverty, and despair. We have no hope of happiness, hardships one after another. If I'm to be punished dont inclued my children in this process give them the same rights to live out of poverty as this system is suppose to alleviate for all children whether they are getting assitance from child support or the court system.
