Layla's Petition (Better Enforcement of Child Support)

We, the undersigned, call on the United States and all state Child Support Enforcement agencies to implement a better program for the children who, by no fault of their own, have dead beat parents who do not support them. They often times have other children whom they support, but don't take responsibility for the ones they've been ordered to support. It needs to stop NOW.

The children don't deserve this. Whether it's a public forum for people to report 'sightings' and information for non-custodial parents, or a state funded program for reserve money set aside for custodial parents who are owed money, allowing them access to those funds & adding interest to the non-custodial parent's balance.

Something MUST be done. Sign this petition to show you care about these children! They don't deserve this!
