As you can see the owner of this dwelling has painted his/her house in a color that does not reflect the character, style and quality of our development.
Stated in the Creekbridge Declaration of covenants, conditions and restrictions Article II section 2.1: Modifications to the homes must reflect the character, style and quality of the development. If a neighbor objects to the proposal he may within two weeks from the date of notice invoke Section 4.1 of this Declaration.
We the undersigned respectfully suggest that the owners/tenants of said property change the color of their house. This will help maintain the integrity, character and style that we regard necessary to maintain our property values.
