There has been an alarming amount of gun activity on school grounds aside from mass shootings that have devastated us since the beginning of the new 2018 year and we have lost many Innocent children and teachers to these incidents.

We, the undersigned would like to respectfully request our Congressman Mike Thompson to highly consider out proposal to ensure a safe place for our children to receive education without the disruption of a shooting or any other life threatening occurrence. Most homeless civilians are veterans and have the special training required to protect our community, we believe by doing very thorough background screening and place these verandas in our children's schools to protect and serve as needed and this will also lessen the amount of homeless individuals whom do not have anywhere to go after serving. By signing this, we agree to raise awareness of this proposition.
