United Nations Oversight of Nigeria National Election

The corrupt Nigerian federal government has a history of “dirty tricks“ in the electoral process, subverting the democratic process and ensuring the government’s continued rule. The people of Nigeria are suffering as the government provides almost no infrastructural support to improve the lives of citizens. Rather than seeking legitimate solutions to the devastating poverty that scars this country, the Government gorges itself at the public trough. The United Nations must wake up and commit to overseeing the next election so that the will of the people is heard.
