The US Patent and Trademark Office denied the TruthSocial social media platform a name trademark. They ruled the name ‘TruthSocial’ could cause confusion because of other similar trademarks. They ruled true Vero-True social media and The Truth Network, Christian radio network are similar. We petition the US Patent and Trademark Office to reverse this decision and approve the TruthSocial media company it’s name trademark. We assert the name TruthSocial is unique and not a cause of confusion. Truth Social is a popular social media platform. The Truth Network is a radio station whose name sounds nothing like TruthSocial. The Vero-True social media platform does not have Truth or Social in its name . These names are all unique and not to be confused at all
. We urge the US Patent and Trademark Office to reverse its ruling and allow the TruthSocial social media platform the trademark for its unique social media name.
