There have been significant issues on the part of the above addressed neighbor and her pet. The Renter, the mother, lets her children run around the apartment complex unsupervised, dissrupting the other neighbors.
The dog at the above address, has been seen on numerous occassions running the complex with out a leash, where in the City of Mishawaka, there is a leash law that is enforced. This animal is also well known for defacating on the complex property and the owner refuses to pick up after her.
Also, with the dog, she has been very aggresive towards other small children that play or even try to go to their homes. An aggressive pet and an aggressive and careless owner is not a good, safe neighbor.
We the undersigned call on the Management of Carriage House One of Mishawaka to eliminate this nuissance and safety hazard from this community.
We have the right as renters to be able to walk our children to the front door with out the possiblity of being mauled or harrassed and having children run this community without supervision.
