Under the federal tax code 501(c)(4) the group will have tax-exempt status as long as it is not primarily involved in activity that could influence an election. As a nonprofit, it can run support ads for an issue as long it is not involved in activity aimed at electing candidates for office.
The Office For Action [OFA] started by Ex-president Barack Obama seeks to directly influence upcoming elections. Under Federal Law this is illegal for a tax-exempt nonprofit. Bernie will not call out his own party's illegality, so it is up to the people to keep Big Government in line. We the people have had enough coercion and manipulation from the Government and Big Corpa. We will stand strong against true fascism which strives freely when evil controls both sides.
