Swapmeet pets should be illegal

Let's save the poor animals that are sold with poor conditions!

Everytime my family, and I go to a swapmeet, we always see these pets that are oh so cute! But when I bought a turtle, It was close to death. It had been poorly treated, and abused. It's nails were out of place, and you could tell the proper equipment was not used. I think you should make this sale illegal. I understand that many poor families sell these pets to make a living, but this is putting the pets in great danger. Please sign this petition, and thank you!
