The property on the east side of Highbury Avenue between Dundas and Oxford streets, has been sold to Old Oak Properties for $17 million and it plans an ambitious development that will see townhouses, mid- and highrise towers, seniors’ living, student residences and commercial spaces.

The only good thing would be Seniors would have a place, The rest is just to make money. Power and Prosperity is all our City cares about, not lives.

No one cares about how hard I worked to develop this land for our city, into a Treatment plan for Poverty people and Mini Houses. A Place to help with getting people off the streets into treatment, housed and their lives restored .

For 5 years I worked very hard on this with City Council Ward 1 Mike Van Holst, who also desires this happen. He desired my Dream for London Ontario be promoted he said. I went distances. I wrote letters, took petitions, demonstrated by dream, did videos, wrote infrastructure , and even tried to get a meeting with the Provincial Governments , in hopes to get this done, I spoke to Mr Harrington on the phone, who desired the meaning and heritage stay, and that L.P.H be something that would help peoples lives.

I sense this Land that has changed hands with so many owners like St Joseph , holds a spiritual meaning, and it should stay that way. outside the Hospital is a place where someone in memory died, and if you look at the parking Lot Enterance ,

it looks like a Cross . This place needs to stay a place to help lives. For so long now Poverty lives have perished , no one has done anything concrete to do anything for Poverty, or lives involving Drug addiction, and Mental Health issues. We have only developed Band-Aid Methods .

This is so upsetting to me. I cannot believe that the City, Infrastructure ,London Planner , Provincial Government, Missions all new and everyone who new how hard I worked , would take advantage of this, and ignore it. My heart is ready to break knowing this has happened. I bent backwards to get this done . No one cares how this would affect me either . I had to find out , by a person in the waiting room this morning, waiting to be seen by Dr at St Joseph Hospital. Unbelievable.

They all were amazed at my Desire, how hard I worked, they said we hope your dream comes true Nina. Even City Council Harold Usher, said yes I believe Dreams come true, don't give up Nina. Everyone encouraged me, and I never gave up. This though shows me, that no one cares about making dreams come true, or how hard people like Nina work to help our City. They only care about making money.

This Is Heart Breaking. I Worked hard on This Project, everyone knows it all over London Ontario. Our City Council and I do not believe that lives should be perishing as a result of Building Property for profit reasoning only. Rapid Transit is not saving lives . It is not saving our Climates or Animal lives. Its doing nothing for Poverty Lives . We Need Concrete Answers.
As It stands Old South Hospital was demolished because London Ontario desired Town Houses , well come on, why do we need Town Houses On both Sites? We Need a Treatment Plan, that is Concrete, saving lives, climates, and animal lives, education, and jobs, and so much more.
