Marine Turtle Poaching is happening right now and it needs to stop!
In 2007, A Chinese fishing boat was found with 300 turtles that they had just poached!
This is clearly unacceptable and needs to stop!
6 of 7 Species of Marine Turtle are endangered or Critically Endangered !
We, the undersigned, call on the Colombian Government to enforce the current law against poaching of Marine Turtles!
Appendix I of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species (CITES), which prohibits international trade in all marine turtles species and their parts.
